Bru ‘Meet Karthi-Kajal’ Contest 2015 :

** The Contest is valid from 10th Sept [V.C1] till 1st Nov [V.C2] (‘Contest Period’). The Contest is open to all residents of the States of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana above the age of 18 years.

** To participate in this Contest the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions available on; facebook.com/notes/bru-coffee/terms-and-conditions-for-participation-in-bru-meet-karthi-kajal-contest/1145389105475388 as well as the decisions of HUL and/or the Technology Partner, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

** To participate in this Contest, a Consumer, upon purchasing BRU Instant coffee of 50g, 100g or 200g must open the product bag, locate the unique code printed within, and give a missed-call to “0892850505”. By placing a missed-call, the Consumer expressly opts to participate in the Campaign and to receive a call back (an “Interactive Voice Response” or “IVRS”) from HUL’s service provider. IVRS automated calls enable consumers to respond a call-back via voice input or keypad selection.

** Upon receiving a call-back, the Consumer will be requested to follow instructions for (a) entering the unique product code and (b) record their wish for a loved one on this Diwali (each a ‘Wish). The wishes should be of material objects or services worth Rs. 25000/- [V.C3] (Rupees twenty five thousand [V.C4] Only) or less.

** Top five (5) [V.C5] of the most practical, unique, creative and well-articulated entries shall have their wish come true, and shall win an all-expenses paid meet and greet with Karthi and Kajal in Chennai. All expenses’ shall mean and include transportation fares to and from Chennai [V.C6] and hotel stay of one day for the winners only.

** The meet and greet with Karthi and Kajal shall be at a date, time and place as determined by HUL and shall be communicated to the winners in writing 7 (seven) days prior.

** Any Wish which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, objectionable, violates the intellectual property rights of another, violates any law or regulation, inflammatory, religious, political, references a third party page or website, or is otherwise offensive shall be disqualified from the Contest.

** The winners shall be informed at the end of the Contest Period on 1st Nov [V.C7] , through publication of the winners names, the last four digits of the telephone numbers through which they participated and their wishes in [V.C8] newspapers. This Campaign is open for customers of ALL Telecom operators (subject to network availability).[V.C9]

** The decision of HUL shall be final and binding regarding this Promotion and offer. HUL or its Technology Partner shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss.

** HUL or its Technology Partner shall not be liable for any loss of offer due to incorrect mobile number of user or any other information provided by the user. The decision of HUL regarding the winners of shall be final and binding on all Participants.

** HUL shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest post receipt of the prizes by the winners and shall not be liable in any manner to the winner and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest whatsoever. Mobile Numbers which are registered with the National Do Not Call list will not receive the SMS’s or Out Bound Dialling (OBD) calls.

** HUL does not accept any responsibility or liability towards the personal security or property of the participants in the course of taking part in the Contest. HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

** All promotional materials, including details on how to enter and claim offers are a part of the Terms and Conditions of participation in this Promotion. HUL and/or its designated agencies, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter the Competition.

** All disputes with respect to this Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts or forums in Mumbai only. In case of any disputes regarding above T&C based on the understanding of the vernacular version, the English version prevails and is available for reference at;
