Selection of Winners:
** Two (2) winners will be chosen, across Facebook and Twitter. This selection will happen at sole discretion of ShopClues
** Each winner will be rewarded with Reach Phone
** Prizes/Gifts once delivered cannot be exchanged or changed at ShopClues or Brand outlet
** Winners will be contacted via Direct Message tool of Facebook and Twitter
** Winners will have to revert within 72 Hours of the Message sent along with their Valid Identification, Email, Mobile Number, Delivery Address, lest they’ll be dropped from the winning panel.
** Prizes/Gifts will be shipped to the winners after 45 days from the date of winner declaration. This duration of delivery of the gift can vary depending upon the remoteness of the shipping address.
** If the location of winner is in a non-serviceable area, then he/she needs to provide an alternate address

f.) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail
g.) All decisions by ShopClues regarding selection of the eligible customers shall be final and binding. No correspondence/grievances will be entertained in this connection. Any disputes arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Gurgaon/Gurugram (India)
