Britannia Wonderfulls Pair and Share Contest

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Britannia Industries Ltd “Britannia Wonderfulls Pair and Share Contest” for Participants sponsored and launched by Britannia Industries Ltd .

Partnered by J. Walter Thompson in the execution hereinafter referred to as “Agency’ wherein Participants can participate by sharing the best accompaniment with Wonderfulls cookie and the person who they would like to share it with and uploading the same on Britannia Good Day Facebook Page.

2. The Promo is valid for India from 16th October 2017 to 29th October 2017 (herein after referred as “Promo Period”).
3. During the Promo Period of 14 (fourteen) days 5 winners would be selected on the basis of the most interesting fun stories shared. Winners would be given a year’s supply of Wonderfulls cookies. Under any circumstances, there cannot be any exchange done for the prize.
4. The Promo is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
5. Participants participating or seeking to participate in the Promo shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions :
1. By participating in this Promo, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on facebook.com/BritanniaGoodDay (“Promo Website”) as well as the decisions of BIL, which are final, binding and conclusive in all matters related to the Promo. Successfully entering the Promo and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.

2. BIL reserves the right to exclude any person from the Promo on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.

3. BIL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Promo and/or deletion or addition of any of the terms and conditions of the Promo, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and/or assigning any reason. All decisions of BIL in respect of the Promo and the prizes therein will be final and conclusive.

Eligibility :
1. This Promo will be open to Indian citizens with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partners of BIL and the agency residing anywhere in India.
2. Open to participants above 18 years of age.
3. In order to be eligible for the prize, all shortlisted winners will be required to have valid identity proof and PAN Card/Aadhar Card.

Promo Period & Promo Timings :
1. The Promo will commence from 9:00 p.m. of 16th October 2017 and shall be valid till mid night of 29th October 2017 (here in after referred as “Promo Timings”).
2. The Participants can make an entry only during the Promo Timings in the Promo Period.
3. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the story is uploaded. Entries coming outside the Promo Period will not be considered for winner selection.

How to Apply :
1. To participate in the Promo, as a first step, Participants are required to log on to the Promo website Britannia Good Day Face Book Page and follow the instructions on the website to complete participation.
2. Participants shall be required to share the best accompaniment with Wonderfulls cookie and who they would like to share it with.
3. There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.

4. Also if BIL is of the opinion/view (with necessary documentary proof) that the story is not the creation of the person, then BIL shall have the right to disqualify the participant and BIL shall not entertain any queries, complaints or communications in this regard. The decision of BIL in this regard shall be final, binding and conclusive.

BIL and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
** If the participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider
** Other conditions beyond its reasonable control

Winner Selection :
1. Basis the number of likes received for each story uploaded, the story with maximum likes shall be the Winner subject to successful completion of verification and genuineness of documents.
2. The prize will be a year’s apply of GDWonderfulls cookies awarded to 5 winners. Decision of BIL/ its agency shall be final and binding. There will be 1 carton containing 72 units of assorted cookies which will be presented to the winner as a years supply of GD Wonderfulls cookies.
3. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of BIL.

4. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

5. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC’s/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
6. BIL or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action and other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
7. Any participant of the promo who wins a prize during the promo Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
