Madhya Pradesh Tourism Jal Mahotsav

Jal Mahotsav takes place every year at an island named Hanuwantiya in Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh. Distance of Hanuwantiya is approximately 130 km from Indore, 150 km from Maheshwar, 85 km from Omkareshwar and 48.5 km from Khandwa.

Inclusions:
** Stay in Premium/ Deluxe/ Economy Tent.
** Vegetarian meals in buffet style (Lunch, evening tea & dinner on 1st day along with morning tea & breakfast on 2nd day. The meals will be served on scheduled time in the dining area & missed meals will not be refunded or extended on subsequent days).
** Pick up: Indore/Khandwa (Railway Station/Airport) to Jal Mahotsav Tent City. All transport shall be in AC coaches/bus/mini bus/car on SIC(Seat in Coach) basis only.
** Drop from Jal Mahotsav Tent City to Indore/ Khandwa (Railway station/ Airport).
** Complimentary Refreshment in bus during pickup.
** Accommodation intent on twin sharing basis. (Additional person will be charged extra).
** Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent. (500ML)

Booking Policy:
** All taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
** Full payment should be made to confirm the booking.
** Child below 5 years will be entitled for complimentary stay without any additional arrangements.
** Extra person/child will be accommodated on chargeable basis and provided with an additional mattress.
** Maximum occupancy per tent 02 Adults + 02 children (below 5years) OR 03 Adults +01 child (below 5years)

Cancellation Policy:
** 100% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 3 days from the check -in date.
** 50% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 7 days from the check -in date.
** 25% cancellation charges, if cancelled in less than 15 days from the check -in date.

Terms & Conditions:
** Applicable taxes shall be charged on the listed tariff as per the prevailing rates.
** Pick-up and drop-off facility is available by AC coach as per the scheduled timings, only from Indore Airport / Indore Railway Station/Khandwa Railway station.
** In case of delayed arrival of train or flight, the guest will be transferred to Jal Mahotsav in the next available transfer.
** The voucher issued in respect of the package for Jal Mahotsav is to be furnished compulsorily along with valid id proofs of each guest at reception counter at the time of check -in.
** All meals shall be served at the Dining Area during designated meal hours.
** In case of late arrivals, guests will not be entitled or compensated for missed meals or other activities.
** Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability.
** In case of early/late transfers, the guest will need to inform the Front Desk Office at the time of check-in. Such transfers will be on chargeable-basis and subject to availability of vehicles. Changes/cancellation shall be as per the cancellation policy.
** Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items, which are not specified/ mentioned/ included in the package are to be borne by the guest.
** The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings.
** All transfers shall be on SIC (Seat in Coach) basis only at scheduled times.
** Transfer vehicles shall not be at the sole disposal of the guests.
** Transort requirements other than to & fro from indore/ khandwa would be charged extra.
** Itinerary & inclusions are subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discreation of management.
** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tent city.
** The guest will ensure strict adherence to the tent city management policy, and will be responsible for any damage or breakage caused by them.
** The organizer reserves the right to make changes or alterations in the proposed packages without any prior notice.
