Dont Listen Kar Daal Contest :

The Contest will be held from 20th November 2017 – 00:01 hrs to 15th December 2017 – 23:59 hrs. Participants who are interested can upload their entries at comio.in/dlkd. Participants need to submit correct contact information while uploading their entry.

Eligibility :
Participation in the #DontListen Kar Daal Contest is open only to the residents of India. Participants must be above 18 years of age.

Contest Criteria :
Entries will be screened by Comio to assess eligibility. Entries submitted past the Last Date (15th December, 2017 IST) will not be considered. Participants will be deemed to have agreed to the Comio’s Terms & Conditions upon submitting their Entries in the Contest (Details are listed at the end of this document).

There will be no registration fees for the Contest. Participants are required to check the details of their stories before uploading as it cannot be changed once uploaded.

Story Entry/Submission Categories:
A participant can share his story in any of the following formats:
** Text
** Video
** Photograph
Contest Prizes
** 100 Comio S1 smartphones worth Rs. 8999 each
** 100 Comio EVC tickets worth Rs. 7000/couple

Contest Organizers :
#DontListen Kar Daal Contest is organised by Comio India.

Winner Shortlisting & Prize Dispatch :
** Selection of winners will be at the sole discretion of Comio India.
** Winner(s) of Comio S1 Smartphone shall be sent a unique Comio coupon code via email, which the winner is required to show to the authorized Comio Distributor. Based on the production of Coupon code to distributor, winner shall be issued the prize.
** Winner shall have to collect the prize from distributor at their own cost and expense.
** Winners in their own interest are advised to collect the copy of invoice from distributor and keep it in safe custody to attend any mis-functioning of handset during warranty.

** The Comio EVC Mumbai 2017 e-ticket will be sent to users on their registered email IDs. The same must be presented at the entrance of the venue on the date of the event. Each e-ticket will be valid for two persons. The winners will bear all costs incurred to arrive at the venue.

The access rights of e-tickets are only limited to entry into the premises and the shows as per schedule. Any other expense for F&B, travel & lodging are solely to be borne by the winner(s) only.

Winner Selection :
** Selection of winner shall be on sole discretion of Comio India. It will be Comio India’s discretion to award suitable prizes to the winners.
** Comio will contact the winners based on their submitted/registered details at comio.in/dlkd with regards to the prize collection method/process.
** In a case where the prize is not delivered due to winner’s reasons , it will be regarded that the winner has given up his right to claim the prize and Comio will neither bear any responsibility nor reimburse in any manner.

Other Terms and Conditions :
** Comio reserves the right to replace the prizes with products or services that are similar in monetary value in the case where accidents happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Prizes won in this Contest cannot be resold, traded or transferred for personal benefits.
** Comio will not bear any responsibility if there are damages or losses during the collection and use of prizes by winners.

** For the sake of fairness, only individual consumers are allowed to participate in the #DontListen Kar Daal Contest. The following entities are not allowed to take part in the Contest: including but not be limited to Comio staff, agencies, organisers of the event and their employees, distributors and their employees.

** Comio will provide the necessary explanation of the rules of the Contest to the extent permitted by law. In the case of force majeure, Comio reserves the right to cancel the Contest.
** Besides above, Comio also reserves the right to withdraw, postpone or terminate the program without stating any reason whatsoever to any participant at any time during the period of Contest.
** Comio may collect stories from different platforms and consider them as a part of this contest and choose winners amongst them, as long as contact details are provided by the users as follows: Name, Mobile No. Email ID and City.

** Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Contest, or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act; 1996.The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, INDIA. The award shall be final and binding on the Parties.

** The duration of the Contest is from 20th November, 2017 to 15sup>th December, 2017 midnight. After 15th December, 2017 no entry/submission shall be accepted. The Contest also ceases to exist after 15th December, 2017.
** Allocation/Dispatch of gifts (smartphones) to the winners shall be completed by 31st March, 2018.
** Comio India reserves the right to revise any of the mentioned Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Contest Entrant Terms & Conditions :
The participant (Contest entrant) hereby agrees to the following:
** Uploaded Entries for the Contest, in its entirety, must be original material created by the Contest entrant.

** Contest entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted entries are a series of original works created by the Contest entrant, who is entitled to the world-wide intellectual property of the work and the right to use, and the content does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

** Contest entrant must not submit any files that damages any interests or image of any country, involve any national secrecy, personal privacy, nudity, gambling, superstition, horror, violence; must not submit any files that involve ethnicity, race, religion, sexism; must not submit any files that is false or misleading. Comio India reserves the right to remove entries with objectionable content.

** All relevant information submitted to Comio by Contest entrant should be accurate.

The Contest entrant will grant the world-wide intellectual properties of the Entries and allow Comio to use, modify, distribute its copy, perform, display or authorise other parties to use the entries/content and produce derivative marketing materials which shall include but not be limited to Comio’s communication materials, social media Entries, digital advertisements, televised media or its website for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The Contest entrant allows Comio to gain all rights with respect to Entries submitted by Contest entrant in the Contest without any additional financial remuneration. The Contest entrant shall not authorise and warrants have not authorised any third party to use the entrant’s submitted content or have assigned the intellectual properties of the Entries in this Contest without Comio’s consent in writing.

** In the event that any third party initiates any claims, proceedings or legal action against Comio based on entries submitted to the #DontListen Kar Daal Contest, the Contest entrant will be liable to Comio for any damages, lost profits, loss of business revenue or economic loss of any kind and responsible for rehabilitation of reputation and elimination of effect.
