Lotus INTM 3 Contest :

1. This Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and Lotus Herbals for its brand “Lotus Makeup” (“Sponsor”) is open to all applicants for participation who meet the following requirements for participation (“Participants”)

a. All citizens of India;
b. who are above 18 (Eighteen) years of age;
c. are viewers of the channel “MTV” (“Channel”); and
d. are mobile subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance and Tata (“Service Providers”).

2. To participate in the Contest, a Participant need to answer 1 (one) question with multiple options that shall be provided on the Channel or any other platform as may be determined by the Organizer during the Contest Period (as defined hereinafter) through modes of participation as provided below. The questions may vary every week during the Contest Period and the Participants may participate more than once.

3. Modes of Participation :
The Participant can answer the question in the manner set out below :
i. Via SMS, by sending an SMS LM <space> Option A or Option B or Option C or Option D to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers.

4. Contest Period :
** The Contest shall commence from 21st November 2017 and shall conclude on 1st January 2018 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest. The Winner shall be announced on 12th January 2018 or at such other date as decided by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

5. Selection of Winners :
** At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 6 (six) Participants who have answered the questions correctly on first come basis, as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”) and such Winners shall be eligible for gratification as detailed below. The Prizes will be distributed by the Sponsor directly to each such Winner on such date and time as may be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

6. Gratification Details :
a. Each Winner as may be declared by the Organizer would be eligible to win the 1 (one) gift Hamper from Sponsor consisting of Lotus branded gift hampers consisting of Lotus make up products which shall be worth less than INR 5000/- to be directly handed over to the Winne by Sponsor.

Each such gift hamper may be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be imposed and informed by Sponsor at the time of distribution. Winner understands and agrees that Viacom18 shall not be held responsible for such gift Hamper and same has been sponsored by Sponsor.

b. Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.
c. The Winners understand that each Winner shall be entitled for such type and number of prize as determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion.

7. The charges applicable for use of SMS shall be premium rates (maximum of Rs.3/-) as charged by respective Service Provider. SMSes originating from a particular number shall be deemed to be from the owner of the number. All other incidental costs, if any, that may arise from participating in the Contest will be borne by the Participant.
