Amazon Now APP Contest :

** The Amazon Now App Contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

** You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

** These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon Now mobile application (“Amazon Now App”). To the extent the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.

** For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest and “We” or “Our” shall mean Amazon.

Eligibility :
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest :
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your ‘current country’ in your account settings on Amazon Now App;
(c) You should have a billing address within the territory of India;

(d) Your delivery address should be within the territorial limits of the cities of Bengaluru, Delhi or Mumbai and should fall within the areas covered by the pin codes where ‘Amazon Now’ services are available, from time to time during the Contest Period (a list of such eligible pin codes is available at  .amazon.in/now); and

(e) You should be of an age of eighteen (18) years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details Of The Contest And How To Enter :
** This Contest will commence at 12:00 am on November 15, 2017 and end at 11:59 pm on November 28th, 2017 (“Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must: (a) download the mobile application of Amazon Now (“Amazon Now App”); and (b) thereafter, sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon Now App.

** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, 1 participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to answer the qualifying Contest question.

** Subject to these T&C, if the selected participant answers the Contest question correctly within the stipulated time period, such selected participant will be eligible to receive the ‘Fitbit Blaze smart fitness watch’ (“Prize”).

** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one (1) Prize under this Contest, upon answering the Contest question correctly.

** Participation in the Contest is available only through the Amazon Now App, and you will not be eligible to participate in Contest through the desktop or mobile site or mobile application of .amazon.in.

Mailing List :
** By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests :
** Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit or prize awarded in any other promotion / contest, unless you enter each promotion / contest separately.

Prize :
** There is only one (1) Prize that will be given under this Contest. The Prize will be delivered by Amazon to the winner of the Contest on or before December 31, 2017. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize or the receipt thereof.

Odds Of Winning :
** Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing :
** The drawing for selection of the participants will be aggregated by December 1, 2017. Amazon will notify the selected participant by email following the draw and such selected participant will receive a Contest question from Amazon through an email or a phone call.

** The selected participant shall be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A copy of PAN card is mandatory for any prize worth INR 10,000 or more.

** The selected participant will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

** By participating in this Contest, you expressly agree and acknowledge that Amazon shall not be liable and/or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with the Prize.
