IMD Photography Competition :

Theme :
** On the occasion of International Mountain Day, Giripremi is organizing Open Online Photography contest on Instagram and Facebook

Summary :
** The contest will be purely based on “Mountain” theme, while the participants must share selfclicked original (unedited) photos.
** Participants need to write about the photo in brief using the hashtag #IMDGiripremi2017.

** Three winning photographs will be featured on different platform of Giripremi. Moreover, the winning captures will also get exciting prizes.
** In addition, the terms and conditions will accompany by following @Giripremi account for the Entry.
** The contest is open for all ages and will begin from Dec 1st 2017

Duration : Dec 1- 9, 2017

Details of the competition :
1. Like and follow Giripremi Facebook page & Instagram account
2. Participants must share on their FB/insta account, a self-clicked original (unedited) photos.
3. Participants need to write about the photo in brief using the hashtag #IMDGiripremi2017.
4. Participants must tag @Giripremi account while posting the entry

5. 8th December 2017, Friday: Entry Closes at 12.00pm

6. 9th December 2017, Saturday: 25 Best photos from the received entries will be featured on Facebook and Instagram of Giripremi Account.

7. 9th December 2017, Saturday: 5 Winners will be declared among the 25 shortlisted photos from the expert panel of Giripremi.

8. 11th December 2017, Monday: On the eve of International Mountain Day, 5 winners will be granted exciting prizes.

Mountain Run :
** Mountain Run on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Forest Bhavan, Gokhale Nagar, Pune

To celebrate International Mountain Day, Giripremi has organized ‘Mountain Run’. Everyone above 10 years, can take part in this race! There will be three categories.
** Pro Race 10 KM
** Amateur Race 10 KM
** Kids Race 5 KM
** Apart from these categories, there is an open category ‘Walkathon’, (5 KM)

To boost the existing mountaineering culture and incorporate methodical and ethical climbing approach, Guardian Corporation and Giripremi Mountaineering Club have jointly embarked on a mission to start a first of its kind mountaineering institute in Maharashtra at Mulshi, near Pune.

First mountaineering institute of Maharashtra that is specialized in hardcore training of rock climbing, mountaineering, as well as corporate adventure training.
