Get 10% Cash Back On Prepaid Mobile Topup Through Breeze Mobile Web 2015:
i. Bank:
Standard Chartered Bank in India.

ii. Offer:
The offer means “Get 10% cash back on pre-paid mobile top-up through Breeze Mobile Web” as more specifically described in Clause 2 hereunder.

iii. Offer Period:
The offer period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 5 October, 2015 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 31 October, 2015

iv. Qualified Customer:
The contest is open only to resident customers. Bank’s savings account and/or credit card customers who have received the offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully qualified for cash back by doing pre-paid mobile top ups through Breeze Mobile Web will qualify for the offer

v. To access Breeze Mobile, customers need to have a mobile phone capable of connecting to the internet and a valid Online Banking User name and Password. Customers who do not hold an Online Banking credentials can self-select their user name and password at www.sc.com/in

vi. To download Breeze Mobile Web, customers can:
** Search “Breeze India” on Google Play or App Store
** SMS BREEZE to 9987123123 to receive the download link
** Log on to m.sc.com/in from the mobile browser

2. Offer Details:
i. Customer has to transact on Breeze Mobile Banking on Pre-paid mobile top up at least once during the offer period
ii. Minimum denomination of each transaction should be `100
iii. The maximum cumulative cash back that can be earned is `50 per customer during the offer period
iv. Non Resident clients are not eligible for this offer.
v. All transactions performed during the offer period will be eligible for the cash back.
vi. At the end of offer period, the cash back amount will be paid to eligible customers
vii. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank
viii. Cash back will be posted to customer’s accounts within 60 days of end of the offer period

3. Communication of the offer:
i. The offer will be communicated to customers through – emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only

4. General Terms and Conditions
i. This is an exclusive offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in)
ii. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the offer up to the termination/expiry date
iii. Participation in this offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
iv. The offer is non-transferable
v. The offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
vi. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai
vii. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the offer. The Qualified Customers shall be intimated by the Bank through Email only
viii. In all matters relating to this offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
ix. By participating in the offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
