YES Bank Samsung Pay Offer

1. Offer Period: 15th November 2017 till 31stDecember 2017 (Both days inclusive)

2. Offer Details :
a. INR 500 cashback on completing 5 POS transactions of INR 500 (or above) each during the offer period on Samsung Pay using YES BANK Credit Cards.
b. Additional INR 500 cashback on completing 10 POS transactions of INR 500 (or above) each during the offer period on Samsung Pay using YES BANK Credit Cards.

3. Cardmember can avail a maximum cashback of INR 1000 during the offer period. In case the Cardmember completes 10 transactions of INR 500 (or above) each during the offer period, additional INR 500 only would be credited to the Cardmember account over and above INR 500 cashback already credited for first 5 transactions.

4. The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and by participating in the Offer, the Cardmember is deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions.

5. Applicable cashback will be credited into Cardmember account by 31st January 2018
6. Any transaction found to be incomplete, rejected, invalid, returned, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered under this offer

7. YES BANK will not be liable for any malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website due which Cardmember is unable to avail this offer

8. This Offer is provided by YESBANK at its sole discretion. YES BANK reserves the right to modify / alter the offer or all or any of the terms applicable to the offer at its sole discretion without any reason or without any prior intimation whatsoever. YES BANK also reserve the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

9. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardmember, YES BANK’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardmembers in all respects.

10. Terms & Conditions governing this offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Terms and Conditions governing the YES BANK Credit Card issued to the Cardmember
11. Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

12. YES BANK shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use of or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardmember under the Offer

13. YES BANK does not make any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with the services availed or goods purchased by the Cardmember
