** This campaign titled “PAYTM CONTEST” is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&Cs”), which may be updated by Times Internet Limited (“TIL”) from time to time without any prior notice to Participant (as defined below). Participant may review the latest version of the T&Cs at any time at navbharattimes.indiatimes.com/contest-tc/win-with-nbt-contest-prizes-terms-and-conditions/articleshow/61132320.cms and if the Participant does not agree with these T&Cs or any part thereof, Participant is requested not to participate in the Campaign (as defined below).

Prizes :
a. Users are required to login in order to participate and win the Paytm cashback voucher.
b. Campaign Dates: 05th December, 2017 to 31st December, 2017.
c. The campaign will happen on both NBT Web and Mobile Web properties.

1. Paytm Vouchers (Terms & Conditions) :
a. Use your unique code to get 50% Cashback upto Rs. 100 on ticket price.
b. The maximum Cashback amount that can be earned is Rs. 100.

c. If you book tickets for Rs 150, you will receive 50% cashback ie. Rs 75.
d. If you book tickets for Rs 200, you will receive 50% cashback ie. Rs 100
e. If you book tickets for Rs 400, you will receive Rs 100 cashback.

f. The offer is not applicable on cinemas which accept Advance tokens only (with Ticket Price to be paid at the counter).
g. This promo code is only applicable for booking movie tickets on paytm.com and Paytm App.
h. Offer is valid till January 31st , 2018

i. The promo code is valid on a minimum booking of two tickets.
j. One Promo code can be used once during the offer period.
k. Paytm/TimesPoints reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.

Eligibility :
a. This Campaign is valid in the Territory solely for users who are Indian citizens entitled to enter into a legally binding contract and are aged 18 years and above; However, Participants below eighteen years of age may participate in the Campaign with parental or guardian guidance and approval before participating in the Campaign.

b. To participate in the Campaign, the Participant has to register with TIL at navbharattimes.indiatimes.com/ using only his/her Facebook and/or Google+ Account. As part of registration using Facebook and/or Google+, a user is required to give standard permissions to TIL. This permission enables TIL to know about details of Participant’s account(s) on Facebook/Google+ such as public profile, birthday, hometown, current city and email address in order to authenticate the details of Participant. The aforementioned permission will not allow or otherwise enable TIL to post or update anything on Participant’s behalf on Facebook/Google+

Participation Fee :
a. There is no entry/registration fee for participating in the Campaign.

Campaign Duration :
a. Campaign shall start from 05th December, 2017 and shall end on 31st December, 2017 (“Campaign Period”). TIL reserves the right to extend, or shorten the Campaign Period or withdraw the Campaign entirely, at its sole discretion without any notification or liability whatsoever.

Campaign Details And Prizes :
a. TIL reserves the right to cancel/ change any of the listed Campaign prizes.

b. TIL reserves the right to change the quantity / denomination of the prizes at its sole discretion.
c. As part of Campaign, user will be shown Paytm voucher messages through login touch points on the website.

d. Winners of the vouchers will be notified by email/SMS of the Participant provided as part of registration for this Campaign and accordingly, news announcement will be done on navbharattimes.indiatimes.com/ if required.

e. Only the Participants logged-in through FB, G+ will be considered for the lucky draw.
f. Only the new users and/or existing users logging-in on and from 05th December 2017 on the website shall be eligible to win any prize under this Campaign.
g. Winners will be contacted by the email-id or the phone no. which they have provided while registering for the Campaign.
