1. Facebook login is mandatory to participate in the contest. Entries/registration shall only be accepted through Facebook login.
2. The contest will run from 25th November to 25th December 2017

3. The selection of the winner cannot be questioned and will adhere to fair process of Lucky draw
4. There will be 20 winners for Passes.
5. All the rights to answer the question asked to SANAM and his team will remain with the SANAM TEAM.

6. 1 Lucky winner will get a chance to meet Sanam Team at the venue, travel to be borne by winner only.
7. Winner has to collect passes from Venue with original ID card.
8. Winners will be notified by phone call and email and announce on the landing page only.
9. Employees and their immediate family members of Divyabhaskar.com are not eligible to participate in this contest.

10. The participants shall indemnify and hold Divyabhaskar.com/DainikBhaskar.com harmless against all claim(s), losses and damages that may arise due to an act or omission of the participants, or with regard to the entry submitted by the participants. Divyabhaskar.com shall not be liable for any indemnification or any claim(s) therein under any circumstances.

11. Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, divyabhaskar.com its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expense (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

(i) participation in the Contest,
(ii) violation of any of the herein; (iii) violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;

12. All intellectual property in and related to the contest /Event including but not limited to (i) all copyrightable works including digital copyright, typography rights, database rights (including rights of extraction) and all applications, registrations and renewals in connection therewith, (ii) all trade secrets (including ideas, research and development, manufacturing and production processes and techniques, technical data, designs, drawings), (iii) all trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names, together with all translations, adaptations, derivations, and combinations thereof, and all applications, registrations, and renewals in connection there with shall vest exclusively with divyabhaskar.com

13. Divyabhaskar.com/DainikBhaskar.com reserves the sole right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions and they shall be final and binding on all participants.

14. Any dispute arising out of use of this service, shall be adjudicated through Arbitration by a sole Arbitrator appointed by C.E.O. of DB Corp. Ltd. (Digital Division). Such arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and place of arbitration shall be Noida.
