Chatar Patar Christmas Carnival Contest

Please read these terms & conditions as mentioned below (T&C) carefully before participating in this contest known as “Chatar Patar” (hereinafter the “contest”).

By proceeding with registration and use of the contest, you agree to be legally bound by these T&C. If you do not agree to these T&C, please do not participate in the contest.

Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The Contest is open only to Indian citizens (individuals), residing in India aged 18 years or above.

2. To participate in for the Contest, the participant have to read, understand and accept the terms and conditions contained on the Christmas offer. The Member following the above specified rules shall be eligible to participate in the contest and shall be hereinafter referred to as Participant”

3. The Contest is organized by CP for its users and managed by its platform partner .

4. The Contest is neither open for employees, Friends, Relatives of Team Cp nor for the relatives/dependants of such employees. For the purpose of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest, the term relative shall have the same meaning as contemplated under section 2(41) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, or as may be determined by Cp at its sole discretion.

5. The Contest shall run for the period of 16 days commencing from 15st Dec 2017 at 00.01 hours in the morning and concluding on 31st Dec 2017 at 23:59 hours in the night (both days inclusive) (hereinafter referred as the “Contest Period”).

6. Participant will get one of the following assured gift that would be done by lucky draw

Mega Prize:- Activa(Ex-showroom)
Bumper Prize:- Goa Trip
Diamond Prize:- A.C.
Platinum Prize:- Laptop
Golden Prize:- LED TV(42”), Laptop
Silver Prize:- Mobile

7. The selection of the prize winners shall be conducted after the conclusion of Contest Period.
9. This Contest will be applicable for New and existing Member of Cp. To participate in this Contest user can call & Book The franchise and deposit the token amount in the period of contest.
10. Eligibility criteria participant need to deposit token amount within contest period i.e. 15 Dec – 31 Dec 2017.And token money is non-refundable.

11. The Participant understands and accepts that the prize/s under the Contest are sponsored and provided by.

Chatar patar does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prizes to winner(s) of the Contest and CP shall not be held responsible or liable for non-delivery or shortfall or deficiency in the prize/s, and all the legal remedies in relation to the prizes shall solely lie against .

12. Cp shall not be responsible for any incorrect / misleading information relating to the Contest, presented / displayed on any other information center, webpage through any source other than the Contest Page.

CP will not be liable for any loss suffered by any Participant/s based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any source other than the Contest Page.

13. Cp are neither responsible nor guarantee the quality or merchantability of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor are they liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the participant under this Contest.

14. The winner/s shall be intimated within 30 business days of the conclusion of the Contest, by through a telephonic call and/or SMS, mail, on confirmation of the list of winners by Cp.
15. There will be assured gift to the Member for participating in the Contest.

16. In the event, no response is received from the concerned winner to the telephonic call or SMS within 30 business days of intimation by , then the winner will be intimated through the registered post, to the address provided by the Member as per Cp records.

If the concerned winner does not respond to the registered post communication within 7 business days of the receipt of the post or if the registered post returns undelivered, then his/her prize/s will stand forfeited.

17. The prize/s will be distributed by within 15 business days from the acknowledgement by the concerned winner of the communication sent by , subject to the submission of supporting documents by winner as required by CP and .

If the winner absents from taking the delivery of the prize/s and/or fails to collect the same within 30 business days from the said acknowledgement, then the prize/s shall stand forfeited.

18. Prize/s are non-endorsable, non-transferable and non-substitutable under any circumstances. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.

19. The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. The winner needs to be an active Cp Member at the time of receipt of prize/s and winner should have cleared all the outstanding dues of Cp.

To redeem the prize, the winner should declare his name &address and provide proof of identity and other supporting documents as may be required by Cp.

Organisation Terms

This Contest is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of Member is voluntary, and subject to acceptance of these T&C.

Any failure on the part of the participant to comply with directions issued by CP or , or in the event of any ambiguity/uncertainty/unavailability as to the identity of the participant, CP in their own discretion will be entitled to cancel the prizes for the said participant and the decision of CP in this regard shall be final.
