Contest Period

This is a limited period offer, and is valid between 1 Dec 2017 and 31 Dec 2017

Eligibility Conditions

** Employees & Associates of PRIPL/ organizer(s), group & associate companies, vendors, affiliates are not eligible to participate in the contest.
** Participation in the contest is purely optional and the Products are available without this offer also.

** By participating in this Campaign, the consumer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of PRIPL which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

** The Terms and Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) entering Bring the Party Home contest (the “Contest”) conducted by Pernod Ricard India Pvt Ltd (“PRIPL”)

** The Contest is open to participants above the age of 21years and of residents of Odisha only with ROR status under income tax laws.
** The participants are advised to apply through the site bringthepartyhome.in
** By applying the participant expressly opts to participate in the Contest and to receive a message back from PRIPL’s service provider.
** By entering the Contest, each Participant declares that he or she fulfils the eligibility requirements.
** In an event where PRIPL founds out that the Participant doesn’t meet the eligibility as described above he shall be disqualified.
** In the event of any dispute concerning the eligibility of any Participant, PRIPL’s decision shall be final.
** During the Contest Period, participant may participate multiple times in the Campaign

Prizes

** The winners for various prizes are selected via automated process among all the eligible participant entries by a third party agency employed by PRIPL for the purpose.

** PRIPL doesn’t have any role in selecting winners.

** Participants are eligible to win a party at their home provided conditions of purchase, date feasibility and venue are mutually discussed and agreed upon by the winners and the agency.

** The Winner(s) (“Winner”), shall be informed through Phone call and/or through any other mode as PRIPL may deem appropriate

** The Winner(s) shall produce documents and /or credentials viz., PAN CARD, RATION CARD, VOTERS CARD etc. to prove his /her identity to the complete satisfaction of PRIPL failing which PRIPL/the organizer(s) shall be entitled to choose another Winner and announce him/her as the winner without any claim from the earlier selected winner.

** The participants unconditionally confirm and agree to rescind any claim against PRIPL in such eventuality

** The winner shall be responsible to comply with the all process, related formalities and production of any /all such documents/information as may be required by PRIPL & authorities in connection with the prize.

** All costs, expenses and incidental costs/taxes/levie shall be exclusively borne by the winner and no claim of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard by PRIPL.

** This offer can’t be combined with other scheme, offer or promotion.
** The prizes are neither transferable nor can be redeemed for cash.

** In the event of non-availability or inability of PRIPL/the organizer(s) to provide the exact prize for any reason whatsoever, the organizer(s) shall have the right to offer an alternative prize and the winner shall accept the same without demur and shall not make any claim against the PRIPL/ the organizer(s) on any account.

** Apart from the entitlement to the said Prize/s announced under this contest, the Winner will have no other rights or claims of any nature whatsoever.

** The maximum liability of PRIPL will not be more than the value of the prize announced in the name of respective winner.

** In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize

** By making a claim to the prize, the winner provides his/her unconditional consent to PRIPL to use the name, details & photographs of the winner for media coverage in relation to this contest

PRIPL Terms

** PRIPL shall neither be responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed or for losses/damages arising out of the usage of such goods by the winners under this contest.

** Individual manufacturers are solely liable for any loss, injury or damage caused by or as a result of any such product.

** In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with the contest and/or the Prize herein, the decision of PRIPL shall be final and binding on all concerned and PRIPL shall be under no obligation to respond to said concerns.

** PRIPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, or modify this or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria in its sole discretion at any time as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes brought in by Govt. and/or statutory changes and/or by any judicial order which shall be binding on the participant.

** All disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in New Delhi only.
