Amazon Baby Wish List MamyPoko Contest

Buy a MamyPoko product from your Baby Wish List during the Contest Period. The Contest starts on 21st December, 2017 and ends on 31st January 2018. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per Contest Period using only one (1) email address throughout the Contest Period.

Participating is easy, just follow these steps :
** Go to or create an Amazon Baby Wish List
** Add a MamyPoko product to your Baby Wish List and make a purchase to be automatically entered into the Contest.
** 10 winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period concluding on 31st January, 2018.
** Winners will be contacted on or before 28th of February, 2018 by email to win a Rs.10000 Amazon Gift Card.

Terms And Conditions

This Baby Wishlist Contest by Mamy Poko (“Contest”) is brought to you by Unicharm India Private Limited (“Momy Poko”/”Brand”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) on amazon.in and its mobile application / site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs. You acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, we may revoke these T&Cs from Amazon.in at any time without any prior notice.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

Eligibility

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest :
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How To Enter

1.This Contest will commence from December 21, 2017 at 12:00:01 A.M. (IST) and end on January 31, 2018 at 11:59:59P.M. (IST) both days inclusive (“Contest Period”).

2.In order to be eligible for the Contest, you must:-
(a) sign-in / sign-up to your Amazon.in account;
(b) add any product(s) of the Brand (MamyPoko) to your Baby Registry Wish List on Amazon.in; and

(c) purchase at least 1 product of the Brand that forms a part of your Baby Registry Wish List on Amazon.in (such product hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)”) during the Contest Period, in a single transaction, provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the Product should not be returned or refunded by you.

3.All the participants who purchase the Products in accordance with Section 2 above will be eligible to receive a Contest question.

Out of all the participants who answer the Contest question correctly, 10 participants will be declared winners who will be selected by the random draw of lots. The winners will each be eligible to receive an Amazon.in Gift Card worth INR 10000 (“Prize”).

4.Each winner will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

Prizes

There is a total of 10 Prizes to be given to the 10 declared winners at the end of the Contest Period. Amazon Gift Cards provided to eligible winners under this Contest are issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited and can be redeemed on eligible products on Amazon.in subject to the terms and conditions.

The selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the selection, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
