Kharghar Marathon

** No group registrations will be entertained for the marathon & half marathon race categories. However, a representative can submit applications forms for up to 10 individuals only.

** Your application form must be submitted along with a photocopy of either your Aadhar card or PAN card or passport.

Your entry for the half marathon race category will be confirmed basis –
** Eligibility of the application, and supporting documents submitted, under criterion applied for (refer to ‘Criteria for Confirmation’),
** Verification of documents submitted along with application form,
** Availability of running spaces,
** Kharghar Marathon entry rules and guidelines.
** Once your entry is confirmed, you will be required to visit the Expo personally to collect your running number bib.

Entry Rules & Regulations

** Applicants must submit their entries only via Online Application form available on this website. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
** Information against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ on the entry form must be filled. Incomplete/wrong entries will be rejected.
** An applicant must affix his/her latest colored photograph on the application form or attach a passport size jpeg while registering online.
** The applicant’s face must be clearly visible in the photograph.
** After submission of form an acknowledge receipt will be sent to the email address filled in the form.
** The participant have to print out the acknowledge receipt and have to submit it along with requisite fee on designated counters of Kharghar marathon.
** A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected.
** For entry acceptance, the entry form ‘Waiver’ must be signed.
** If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the waiver and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form.
