SMART UTSAV OFFERS :
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
The “SMART UTSAV Offer” (“Offer”) is provided by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited.
The Offer is valid for whole of India, except in the State of Kerala for Consumer Electronics products. Some of the offers shall not be applicable in the State of Tamilnadu which have been mentioned against the respective offers.
The Offer is from 1st October 2015 to 15th November 2015 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”).

The Offer is applicable on select models of Consumer Electronic products as detailed in the Annexure A, B & C respectively (collectively called as “Products”). The offer shall be applicable on purchase of the Products from Samsung Exclusive Stores, select Multi Brand Stores, Modern Trade Stores, leading electronics stores (hereinafter called as “Outlet”).

The Offer shall not be applicable on purchases made from third party ecommerce portals.

The offers for Consumer Electronics are as under and may vary depending on the models/ products purchased as detailed below:

** CONSUMER ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS OFFERS –
TELEVISION & HOME THEATER SYSTEM:
+Rs. 20,000/- off on select Home Theaters
** A customer shall be eligible to get Rs. 20,000/- off on select Home theatre systems being TW-H5500, HW-J470, HT-J5550K, HW-J7501, MX-HS8000 when purchased with any of the select Televisions models being 55JS9000, 65JU6470, 65JS9000, 75JU6470, 78JS9500 or 88JS9500.

** A customer is eligible for a Free Airtel DTH Connection worth Rs 1500/- on purchase of select Television models being 22F5100, 23H4003, 24H4003, 24J4100, 28J4100 or 32FH4003.

^Free Airtel HD+ DTH Connection worth Rs 1650/-

** A customer is eligible for a Free Airtel HD+ DTH Connection worth Rs 2595/- on purchase of select Television models being 40J5570, 43J5570, 50J5570 or 32J5570.

^Free Airtel 4K UHD DTH Connection (Smart Card) worth Rs 6500/-
** A customer is eligible for a Free Airtel 4K UHD DTH Connection (Smart Card) worth Rs 6500/- on purchase of select Television models being 40JU6470, 40JU6670, 48JU6470, 48JU6670, 55JU6470, 60JU6470, 65JU6470 or 75JU6470.

Process for availing the Airtel DTH offer:
** At the time of purchase of the respective Television models eligible for the Airtel DTH connection, the customer shall get a co-branded Scratch coupon from the retailer.
** For availing the DTH Connections offers worth Rs. 1500/- & Rs. 1650/- respectively –
** Customer has to scratch the scratch coupon and SMS FREECN to 54325 or call on the toll free number being 1860-500-6500 and register for availing the DTH connection offer
** The installation fee for the SD DTH & HD+ DTH connection is to be borne by the respective customer and is to be paid directly to the engineer at the time of installation and Samsung or Airtel shall not be responsible for bearing the same.

** Also the customer will have to purchase a minimum of two (02) months subscription under the Economy pack worth Rs. 340/- per month for SD DTH connection worth Rs. 1500/- or Mega Pack worth Rs. 595/- per month for HD+ DTH connection worth Rs .1650/- respectively for rest of India.

** For Tamil Nadu the customer has to buy a minimum two (02) months subscription under the Economy pack worth Rs, 335/- per month for SD DTH worth Rs. 1500/- or under Mega pack worth Rs. 595/- for HD+ DTH worth Rs. 1650/- per month respectively.

** For availing the HD+ DTH connections offer worth Rs. 2595/- & 4K UHD DTH connection worth 6500/- respectively –
** Customer has to scratch the scratch coupon and SMS SMARTC to 54325 or call on the toll free number being 1860-500-6500 and register for availing the DTH connection offer
** No installation charges are to be paid by the customer and he shall also be eligible for a free two (02) months free subscription.

^^SAME DAY INSTALLATION
** Same day installation offer is applicable within the municipal limit & for product sold/delivered within working hours. Maximum D+2 in upcountry post delivery of the product.
** In case of any unforeseen eventuality, the above timelines may not be adhered to.

~Easy EMI –
** Easy EMI facility is available on 55cm (22”) and above LED TVs and all HT / HW / MX models of Audio under the 12/4 scheme and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion.

** Easy EMI facility is available on 81cm (32”) and above LED TVs and all HT / HW / MX models of Audio under the 1111/11, 10/1, 18/4 schemes and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion.

** Easy EMI facility is available on 101cm (40”) and above LED TVs and all HT / HW / MX models of Audio under the 15/0 scheme and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion.

REFRIGERATOR:
+Free Samsung Galaxy A7 worth Rs 30,200/-
** A customer is eligible for a Free Samsung Galaxy A7 worth Rs 30,200/- on purchase of select Refrigerator models being RF60J9090SL, RH77J90407H, RH80J81323M or RF858QALAX3.

** Exchange is applicable on refrigerator in working condition only on the old Frost Free models and is at the sole discretion of the dealer dependent upon the condition of the old refrigerator. Samsung shall not be responsible for the same.

+Up to 15% off on Exchange for Direct Cool Refrigerators-
** Exchange Discount up to 15% off on MRP is available on select models only as detailed in Annexure A.
** Exchange is applicable on refrigerator in working condition only on the old Direct Cool models and is at the sole discretion of the dealer dependent upon the condition of the old refrigerator. Samsung shall not be responsible for the same.

MICROWAVE OVEN:
+Free LA OPALA 10 pc dinner set worth Rs 1495/-
** A customer shall be eligible for a LA OPALA 10 piece dinner set worth Rs. 1495/- on purchase of 28L and 32L Microwave Convection models.

+Up to 15% Cashback –
** Customer will be eligible for a cashback up to 15% on MRP on select models only. The list of such select models is given in Annexure B.

+Easy EMI –
** Various EMI facilities are also available being 24/1 scheme is available on 35L Convection Microwave models, 10/0 scheme is available on 32L Convection Microwave models, 14/1 scheme is available on 28L & above Convection Microwave models, 11/1 scheme is available on 21L Convection Microwave models, 10/0 scheme is available on all Convection Microwave models. The EMI facilities are being provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion and Samsung shall not be liable for the same.

** In addition, 15/0 easy finance scheme is also available on all Convection Microwave models from 13th October to 25th October 2015 & 31st October to 15th November 2015 and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion.

** WASHING MACHINE:
+Up to 10% Cashback –
** Customer will be eligible for a cashback up to 10% on MRP on select Front Load Washing Machines models only. The list of such select models is given in Annexure C.

+Up to 15% Cashback –
** Customer will be eligible for a cashback up to 15% on MRP on select Top Load Washing Machines models only. The list of such select models is given in Annexure C.

+Scratch Card offer
** Scratch card offer is available and is valid on Washing Machines model numbers- WA80E5XEC/TL, WA60H4100HY/TL, WA60H4300HB/TL, WA62H3H3QRB/TL, WA62H3H5QRP/TL, WA62H4100HD/TL, WA62H4300HP/TL, WT655QPNDRPXTL, WT657QPNDPGXTL, WT705QPNDMPXTL, WT707QPNDMWXTL, WT725QPNDMPXTL & WT727QPNDMWXTL.

** Under the scratch card offer the customer will be eligible for either Rs.100, or Rs.200, or Rs.500, or Rs.1000, or Rs.9990. The scratch card offer is valid in rest of India except Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

** In order to avail the cashback offer the customer has to scratch the designated scratch area on the Scratch Card to reveal the cash back in the presence of the Dealer or its authorized representative at the Dealer’s premises.

** The total amount of cash back that the customer is entitled to shall be deducted from the invoice value of the Products at the time of purchase by the customer and the customer needs to submit the original Scratch Card to the Dealer.

** In case of any tampering or abuse of the scratch card or invoice, Samsung reserves the right to unconditionally reject the benefits, at its sole discretion. The Customer stands the chance to win cash back up to Rs. 9990/-.

+Assured Cash back Offer
** In the State of Tamilnadu, a customer on purchase of the select Washing Machine models being WA80E5XEC/TL, WA60H4100HY/TL, WA60H4300HB/TL, WA62H3H3QRB/TL, WA62H3H5QRP/TL, WA62H4100HD/TL, WA62H4300HP/TL, WT655QPNDRPXTL, WT657QPNDPGXTL, WT705QPNDMPXTL, WT707QPNDMWXTL, WT725QPNDMPXTL, WT727QPNDMWXTL shall be eligible for an assured cash back of Rs. 201/-.

+Easy EMI –
** Easy EMI facility is available on the select models of Washing Machines as detailed in Annexure C under the 15/0, 10/0, 10/1, 12/4 & 18/4 schemes and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion.

** In addition the 15/0 offer is also available but only over the weekends and on Dhanteras (i.e. 9th November 2015).

AIR CONDITIONER:
+Scratch Card Offer –
** Scratch Card offer is valid on all Air Conditioners and is valid in rest of India except in the State of Tamil Nadu. A customer shall be eligible to win either a FREE AC worth Rs 35,000/- or Cash Back or Free AC Installation or One Free AC service.

** The customer has to scratch the designated scratch area on the Scratch Card to reveal the Free AC/Cash back/ Free Installation/Free AC Service, in the presence of the Dealer or its authorized representative at the Dealer’s premises. In case of cash back, the total amount of cash back that the customer is entitled to, shall be deducted from the invoice value of the Products at the time of purchase by the customer and the customer needs to submit the original Scratch Card to the Dealer.

** In order to avail the offer of Free AC Service & Free AC Installation, the scratch card needs to be handed over to the Samsung Authorized Service Engineer. Free Installation is standard installation & needs to be availed within 15 days of purchase date (as per invoice date). One Free AC Service is valid till 15 months from the date of purchase (as per invoice).

** A customer who wins a Free AC, shall be required to fill the claim form and submit along with original scratch card & Invoice to the concerned dealer from where he purchased the product. Customer will be provided with FREE AC Voucher within 30 days of submitting all relevant documents. Customer can redeem the Voucher for Free AC up to value Rs 35,000/-. In case price of AC against which the voucher is used is more than Rs 35,000/-, customer will be required to pay the differential cost to concerned dealer.

** The Free AC offer can be availed by customer from that dealer only from where the customer made the first purchase. All applicable taxes and other statutory levies shall be borne by the customer and Samsung shall not be liable for the same under any circumstances.

** Also no cash shall be paid in lieu of gift.
** The Scratch card for Free AC is valid till 31st December 2015 only and no claim will be entertained beyond 31st December 2015.
** In case of any tampering or abuse of the scratch card or invoice, Samsung reserves the right to unconditionally reject the benefits, at its sole discretion.

+AC Installation offer for Tamilnadu
** In the State of Tamilnadu, customer shall be eligible for a Standard AC Installation @ Rs. 499/- on all 3 Star/ 5 Star & Digital Inverter AC models.
** For availing the offer the customer shall have to contact the Customer Service Centre at 1800-3000-8282 / 1800-266-8282.

+Easy EMI –
** Easy EMI facility is available on Triangle Digital Inverter AC models being AR12JV5DAWK, AR18JV5DAWK, AR12JV5NBWK, AR18JV5NBWK & AR24JV5NBWK under the 15/0 scheme and is provided by Bajaj Finserve, Tata Capital (CROMA & Reliance Digital only) and Capital First, with applicable rates of interest and taxes, at their sole discretion.
