Livon Salon Finish Hair Selfie Contest

This Contest, organized by Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and Marico Pvt. Ltd for its brand “Livon Serum” (“Sponsor”), is open to all applicants for participation who meet the following requirements (“Participants”)

Eligibility

** All citizens of India;
** who are above 18 (Eighteen) years of age; and
** are viewers of the channel “MTV” (“Channel”).

How To Participate ?

To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to click and share 1 (one) Salon-Finish Hair selfie photograph of themselves during the Contest Period (as defined hereinafter) through modes of participation as provided below. 1 (one) best selfie per week during the Contest Period as determined by the jury engaged by the Organizer shall be selected as winner of the week.

Modes of Participation

** A Participant may participate in the Contest by following below steps, during the Contest Period (defined below):
** Visit the ‘Livon India’ Facebook page at following link: https://www.facebook.com/LivonIndia or visit the ‘livonserum’ Instagram page at the following link: instagram.com/livonseru… and search for the Contest Post
** The Contest Post will have the Contest query/ requirements listed, namely, asking participants to share their 1 (one) salon-finish hair selfie photograph to participate;
** A Participant would be required to post their selfie photograph in the comments section of the Contest Post. An entry will be considered valid ONLY if it is shared in the comments section and not anywhere else (“Contest Entry”).

Contest Period

The Contest shall commence from 1st December 2017 and shall conclude on 28th December 2017 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”).

Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest. The Winner shall be announced at end of every week or at such other date as decided by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

Selection of Winners

At the end of every week during the Contest Period, the Organizer shall have the right to choose and declare 1 (one) winner from the Participants who have submitted the most creative and innovative Contest Entry/i.e. based on

a) the portrayal of hair as the hero of the image;
b) depiction of the impromptu moment and
c) overall appeal of the Contest Entry shared (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) during that week during the Contest Period (“Winners”).

Winners shall be eligible for gratification as detailed below. Total 4 (four) Winners shall be selected for the Contest.

Gratification Details

Each Winner as may be declared by the Organizer would be eligible to win following

1 (one) gift Livon Hamper consisting of Livon products which shall be worth less than INR 2000/-. Each such gift hamper may be subject to additional terms and conditions as may be imposed and informed by Sponsor at the time of distribution. Winner understands and agrees that Viacom18 shall not be held responsible for such gift Hamper and same has been sponsored by Sponsor; and

Their Contest Entry (i.e their salon-finish hair selfie photograph) will be featured in INTM “Look of the Week” series on MTV India’s official Facebook Page as part of its Program India’s Next Top Model (Season 3).
