Eligibility

** This contest is open solely for Indian citizens above the age of 18 years.
** Only persons whose submitted devices are verified, have the option to participate in the Green Champion Contest using the eRecycle app or website www.eRecycle.me

Contest Period

This is a limited period contest, which will start on 16th December 2017 and ends on 15th January 2018. The winner of the slogan contest will be announced within two weeks of the end of the contest

Winners

** Winner will have to avail the benefit within 7 days of being notified of the prize, failing which the benefit will stand terminated/cancelled. Winner will have to furnish photo ID Proof & Address proof or Aadhaar card or driving license or passport copy to avail the prize.
** The winning slogan would be used by Servify in its marketing, its website and social media.

By participating in the contest, the participant agrees:
(a) grant Servify the exclusive right to reproduce it for any purpose at any time in any media with attribution,
(b) provide consent to the use of your slogan, name and/or photograph in any publicity material carried out by Servify, without further compensation.

Terms & Conditions

** Users opting to participate have to submit the slogan within 150 characters on “Why I chose to eRecycle my iPhone”
** The slogan has to be submitted in English language.
** Users who have participated in the Green Champion Contest will no longer be able to redeem/avail the Green Rewards they have chosen at the time of raising the eRecycle request
** Employees of Servify and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies involved in the contest, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons or entities, are not eligible.
** The committee appointed by Servify will select the winning slogan. The participating customers will not question or challenge such appointments made by Servify.
** Servify will shortlist & declare the winner of the slogan contest on the recommendation of the committee. The decision will be final & binding on the participating customers and the same cannot be challenged or questioned at any point of time.
** The winner declared by Servify shall be eligible for a prize (Green Champion Reward of the Month) of an iPad Tablet (9.7 inch, 32 GB, Wi-Fi, Space Grey).
** All applicable taxes, government levies and other statutory deductions, wherever applicable are to be borne by the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred by you and cannot be redeemed by you for cash or any other prize.
** Servify has the right to reject any application or form submitted by any participant if it is incomplete or not eligible, is not original, or not relevant to the subject of the contest. The decision of the committee would be final.
** Servify reserves the right to stop the contest at any time and / or change, modifies, withdraw, or extend the contest without any prior notice and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
** No purchase or payment is required for participating in this contest. There is no entry fee for the above Contest. The winner will be informed through a call on the mobile number and e-mail id provided by the participant. The winner will be notified individually.
** A customer can only participate only once in the contest and only one entry per participant will be permitted
** Your participation in the said contest shall be deemed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
** All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly adhered to by the winner.
** Only the eligible winner will be intimated by Servify after the closure of the contest period.
** The prize (Green Champion Reward Of the Month) shall be given to the winner subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations / processes / formalities in connection with the prizes and on production of all such documents / papers as required by the organizers before the delivery of the prize.
** Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Servify, shall entitle the Servify at their own discretion to cancel and forfeit the prize for the said winner.
** The decision of Servify with respect to contest shall be final and binding.
** Servify or its directors / officers / affiliated companies will in no way be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, which may hinder the completion of the contest.
** All disputes are to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
** All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these T&Cs and the Privacy Notice available at servify.in.
