Royal Canin Pet Calendar Contest
Entry is open to all who are 18 years or above, are legal residents of India and are not legally ineligible to participate. CContest is being run by Royal Canin India Private Limited.

Contest Duration
** Entries open from 10th December 2016 to 25th December 2018 10:00 PM IST.
** Voting open from 10th December 2016 to 27th December 2018 10:00 PM IST
Eligibility
Participation in the contest is open to everyone who, on the date of entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
Employees, officers, directors of Royal Canin India, their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors, or all other companies associated with this Contest, and the respective immediate family members of such employees, officers and directors, are not eligible to enter.
For purposes of this contest, “immediate family members” means parents, spouses, children, siblings, in-laws and grandparents whether residents of the same household or not.
How To Enter?
a) The users must fill the form on https://web.archive.org/web/20201108105736/http://petcalendar.royalcanin.in/ and upload their pet’s photo to be eligible to win the prize.

b) The user must share their entry on tag the brand in their post.
c) Use #PetCalendar2018 in the caption.
Gratification
a) 365 winners will be selected by Royal Canin India basis the number of ‘likes’ on their entry. The final discretion on the winner selection will be left to Royal Canin India.
b) Royal Canin India reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize(s) of comparable value. No request from participants for substitution of prizes with any other item/cash will be entertained.
c) Royal Canin India does not guarantee or make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, performance, features or capabilities/utility of the prizes offered to the winners under the Application and cannot be held responsible and liable in this connection. Royal Canin India will not entertain any claims in this regard.
d) Prizes are non-transferable.
e) Prizes offered on ‘NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND’ basis.
Terms of Entry
a) Royal Canin India reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant who, in Royal Canin India sole and absolute discretion, is not eligible to participate in the Contest.
b) Royal Canin India has the sole right to withdraw / edit any aspect of the Contest at its discretion and / or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
c) Entries may only be submitted by individual Consumers. Group entries will not be accepted (although different individuals might have taken part in the making of an entry, only one individual may be considered to have submitted the entry).
d) Royal Canin India has the right to use the entries / ideas shared by the user for promotional purposes of the contest.
e) All entries become the exclusive property of Royal Canin India and will not be returned.
Announcement of Winners
a) Winners will be announced on the official Royal Canin India Instagram profile, Facebook page and on petcalendar.royalcanin.in
b) Sponsor reserves the right to use any other method or medium sponsor deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Application winners.
c) Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the sponsor does not denote proof that the sponsor has received such details.
d) Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any Application winner who does not provide the required verification upon receiving the request/notification from the sponsor.
e) Sponsor reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Application winners and to fulfill the delivery of prizes and Participants agree that the sponsor may provide all necessary information of Application winners to such a third party to facilitate such service.
