Terms & Conditions

** This offer is applicable on all Renault cars
** In case a participant has won a prize but he/she decides to cancel his/her booking or does not take delivery on or before 31st December, he/she will be disqualified from claiming the prize
** The winners will be determined by a random computerised process and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard
** The delivery of the prizes will be managed by a 3rd party agency
** 31 cars will be given out in the December celebrations offer. The draw will be taken out on a weekly basis
** For further clarification, it is reiterated that out of the total of 31 cars, 15 KWIDs will be given based on test drives and 16 cars will be given out based on retails
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this program
** at any time without any prior notice
** Winners of the lucky draw will be announced every week on Renault India’s website and Facebook page after selection of the winner from the bookings of the prior week
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute any information, details of this scheme to third parties without any intimation
** Renault India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to publish the photograph and/or the name of the winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it deems fit in its sole discretion.
** The winners shall have no objection to this
** All customers enrolled in this program are required to abide by the terms & conditions that shall govern this offer
** This program is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram only.
** Winners will have to submit valid Identity & Address Proof (PAN Card/voter card/ration card/passport/driving license, etc.) to Renault India Pvt. Ltd.
** It is hereby clarified that taxes and any other statutory duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of or as a consequence to this contest shall be solely borne by the winners of the prizes.
** The dealer shall deduct the same from the amount payable to the winner
** In the case, where the winner selected has given a residential communication address which is that of outside India, we do a re-draw to select another winner
** Decision of Renault India Pvt. Ltd will be final and binding with regard to the contest winner selection and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard
** On announcing the winner Renault India Pvt. Ltd, shall contact the winners on the given contact number/E-mail.
** If the winners do not respond to Renault India Pvt. Ltd. within 7 days or the email returns as undeliverable or the winner declines the prize or the winner is not contactable, the winner will be disqualified
** This offer is not transferable
** This promotional offer as well as gratification is subject to force majeure conditions
** This offer is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu
** There will be 31 winners nationally (not applicable in Tamil Nadu). These winners will be announced on Renault.co.in and Renault India’s Facebook page

Booking Period

All customer bookings and deliveries from 1st to 31st December are eligible to participate in the contest. Retail invoicing of all the participants from 1st to 31st December is a compulsory criterion
