Contest Terms & Condition

** This contest is open to all Indian Nationals residing in India only.
** Employees of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL), its agencies and their immediate family members (parents, brothers/sisters, spouse and children) are not eligible to participate.
** Using a false name, e-mail-ID or address will result in disqualification.
** The Winners will be selected by ‘MLDL’ and the decision of MLDL with regards to eligibility of winning the prize will be final and binding.
** Winners will be announced at the end of the contest as decided by MLDL.
** If a participant has won but does not wish to avail/take the prize, MLDL will not alter/change whole or any part of the prize and such prize shall automatically lapse.
** Under no circumstances can any portion of the prize be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise.
** The prizes are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
** To be eligible for prize, the participant must respond to MLDL within 15 days from the date of announcement of winners by MLDL.
** The prize shall not be transferred or sold, and will be exclusively for the winner.
** MLDL reserves the right to change the prize at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
** MLDL is not responsible and liable to the participant or any other party for any compensation of whatsoever nature in case of breach of these terms and conditions by the participants.
** It shall be the participant’s responsibility to ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, or any other details required by MLDL is provided.
** Each Participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the contest, MLDL may use any information collected, in any of its media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any reference, payment or other compensation to the participant, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
** Each Participant’s personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies, if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.
** MLDL takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information provided to MLDL by the participant against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
** However, MLDL cannot guarantee the security of any personal information or data the participant discloses online, having regard to the nature of the internet.
** In any event, you agree not to hold MLDL responsible for any breach of security, except in case of negligence or wilful default on part of MLDL under the relevant legislation.
** By participating in the contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions herein and all related terms and conditions governing the contest.
** Participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating or creating dubious profiles etc. shall be disqualified from the contest and shall not be eligible for the prize.
** The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Contest Last Date

This contest shall end on 15th January, 2018. MLDL at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions relating to the contest from time to time and/or suspend, shorten, modify, extend or cancel this contest without prior notice, without stating any reason and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
