Terms and Conditions

** Participants shall be required to submit Cinema and songs clippings in a hard drive on such date, time and venue informed by Zee Entertainment Private Limited.
** Cinema to be converted to digital format while submitting.
** Expenses incurred to screen the movie (except movie hall rental expense) to be borne by the producer/participant.

** Cinemas released between January 01, 2017 to December 31, 2017 only will be accepted and considered valid 6 movie booklets, 6 DVDs with watermark, 6 audio CDs and 1 DVD of clippings to be couriered to the Mumbai office of ZEEL for consideration of application and for the competition entry to be considered valid.

** The Participant shall be required to submit the film in .MOV format to be considered eligible for consideration else the entry shall be declared invalid.

Natya Gaurav

1. This competition is only for commercial & experimental theatre plays staged for the first time with new literature between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2017
2. Participants are required to upload the censor certification of the new literature created for the theatre play being submitted for consideration

3. Participating theatre plays should have competed at least 5 shows between the time span of 1 January 2017 to 31 December to be considered eligible for Zee Natya Gaurav Puraskar 2017.

4. Participants are required to upload at least 5 newspaper ads with respective 5 payments receipts of the venue used as proof/evidence of 5 shows of the theatre play being staged for audiences.

5. Shows that are resurrections/revivals of previously done theatre plays are not eligible and for both, commercial and experimental category, participating theatre plays should have held LIVE shows in the time span of 1 January 2017 to 31 December to be considered eligible.

6. In case of translated, converted or oft translated plays it is necessary to submit the name of the original writer and literature clearly in the entry form.
7. For both commercial and experimental theatre plays the minimum and maximum duration should not cross two hours and two and half hours respectively.
8. Any two judges from the panel of selected judges will definably be present for judging the entry/
9. During the competition presentation of the play 3 sets of the play script, summary and character list with cast names to be made available to the judges
