Terms & Conditions

1. This contest / lucky draw is applicable on Purchase of Following Products within offer period:
1. Intex Elyt Dual
2. Intex Aqua Lions X1
3. Intex Aqua Lions X1+

2. Only Selective Intex dealers and distributors will be eligible to participate in this contest

3. INTEX will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw on and at the specified date, time and venue and by the mode (manually or electronically) as specified, but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode, time, venue and date as INTEX may deem appropriate in some circumstances.

4. Winner(s) to be declared at the market place

5. By participating in the contest, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by contest/ Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions and as amended from time to time, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant.

6. Employees of INTEX and its related corporations (“INTEX Group”) or of INTEX’s partners and/or sponsors for the Contest / Lucky Draw (if applicable), and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the Contest / Lucky Draw.

7. Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Contest / Lucky Draw entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by INTEX) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.

8. INTEX reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

9. Each participant may submit multiple entries but he/she cannot win more than once.

10. Participants below the age of 18 years must seek parental consent.

11. Participants for the contest will be contacted on the same day of the draw through the mobile number that participants register with INTEX entry or participant’s email as provided on contest entry form Participant(s) must satisfy all verification requirements before being declared the winner.

12. If a participant cannot be contacted or fails to respond after 3 calls made by INTEX, within 24 hours from the first call, this participant shall be disqualified and another winner will be selected. Winner(s) will receive a letter/email to collect their prize.

13. INTEX’s decision on selecting the winner(s) is final and binding on all. INTEX’s decision at all stages of the Contest / Lucky Draw is final. No enquiries, correspondence, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
