Race Categories

** VWash Plus 3 km – Distance 3 km
** 5 km – Distance 5 km
** Tata Salt Lite 10 km – Distance 10 km
** 21 km – Distance 21 km

All finishers of Colors Pinkathon Bengaluru 2018 will get :
** Finisher medal
** Online Certificate (participation/timing)
** Online Timing Certificate (ONLY if opted for BIB Tag at the time of registration)
** Free medical checkup from our Healthcare Partner – Apollo Foundation (All participants above 45 years of age can avail the same for a free mammogram and those below 45 years of age will get a free gynaec consultation.).

Participation for 21 km is open to all women above the age of 18 years subject to qualification criteria.

How To Apply?

To apply for any race category in Colors Pinkathon Bengaluru 2018 – Inspiring partners Bajaj Electricals you need to submit the event application form, along with the requisite application fees to our Official Pinkathon Ambassdor. Application forms received without requisite application fees will not be accepted.

Application Modes:
You can apply for Colors Pinkathon Bengaluru 2018, during respective registration period, using any of the following modes:

Note :
** Your application for the 21km run will be confirmed post validating your timing certificate. In case your application does not fulfil the eligibility criteria, then your application will be switched to 10 Km after informing.
** Offline – Submit application forms along with requisite application fees to Official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador.

Registration Fees

** Registration fees for all race categories- INR 700
** BIB Tag (timing chip) – INR 250 * (for official timing)
** Official Race Day T Shirt – INR 100 *

Note:
* Opting for Bib Tag and Official Race Day T Shirt is optional

Student Discount:
Registration fees for Student is INR 400 across all race categories. Also, if mother of girl students participates along with her daughter then she has to pay INR 300 as registration fees for herself.

Corporate Discount:
** Get 20 registrations for free of cost against every 100 paid registrations.

Entry Rules & Guidelines

** All duly filled application forms must be submitted ONLY to the official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador listed on our website/ corporate point of contact from whom you have received this application form.
** Applications will be accepted only on the original forms. Copies of the application form will not considered for registration.
** Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form.
** Do not register for more than one race category, multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.
** Special offer: Registrants will have an option to nominate another person for the race category of their choice for free.
** This offer will be valid for a specific time only. Organizers will have right to close this offer at any point without any prior notice. (This offer is not valid for ngo, schools and corporates)
** Application form of nominee will not be accepted if not submitted along with the original participant’s application.
** Please thoroughly go through all relevant information and FAQs before filling in the application form.
** Participants without BIB tag (Timing Chip) will not be able to compete for prize money in any of the run categories.
** Runners crossing the start line after 15 minutes of the start time will not be entitled to be eligible for rankings or prize money.
** Finish position of timed runners will be based only on net time.
** Decision of organizers will be final and binding on all.
** Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.
** Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect her bib.
** Application Confirmation: Participant & Nominee will receive the confirmation email from Pinkathon Team separately to their registered email id within 10 days of submission of their application.

** Start Date – Thursday, 21st December2018 onwards
** End Date – Friday, 9th February 2018, 6:00 pm IST or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.

Pink Carnival (Bib Collection):
Date – Friday, 16th February 2018 and Saturday, 17th February 2018
