Who Can Enter?

You are eligible to enter BEAT THE WINTER (the “Contest”) if you are 18 years of age or older as of December 1, 2017, and are a legal Indian Resident at the time of entry.

How To Enter?

** To enter, go to www.salonioil.com between 01/01/2018 at 10:00 A.M. and 31/01/2018 at 11:59 P.M. (“Promotion Period”) and fill out completely the information requested in the online entry form in the English language, including your personal information, your original recipe, and your original story (“Entry”).

** Entries that do not meet the criteria for both the recipe and story, as described in Section III, will be disqualified.
** Entries must be the original content of the entrant. You cannot submit an Entry on someone’s behalf.
** Acceptance of Entry is not proof that Entry meets the Entry requirements set forth in Section III.
** Use of automated processes and devices to submit electronic Entries is not permitted.
** If entries do not contain all necessary information, the entrant will be disqualified. Please be certain to follow all directions.
** Eligible persons can enter as many original recipes in this Contest as they wish. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Contest.
** In the event the Contest is entered via a mobile device, Message and Data charges may apply.
** All recipes must be the original work of the entrant and not previously published.
** You may use other recipes for inspiration, but you must make your own unique ingredient and cooking instruction changes in order for the recipe to be considered.
** Each submitted recipe must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
** All entries become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Entry Requirement

I. In your Entry, you must include each recipe ingredient with the specific flavor, exact measurements or weights, equipment with exact dimensions or sizes, and complete step-by-step preparation instructions.

II. Your original recipe cannot have been published in any form, including but not limited to publication in cookbooks, in magazines, on food blogs or on recipe websites

III. You must submit photo(s) of the recipe. Max no of photo can be submitted 5.

IV. Each original recipe can compete in one of the following categories (“Categories”). At the time of submission, you must choose in which Category your Entry will compete.

Categories:
** Category 1. Breakfast
** Category 2. Appetizer
** Category 3. Dinner
** Category 4. Dessert

Prizes

** Total 13 winners will be selected
** 1st, 2nd and 3rd Winners are chosen from every category; Total number of winner 12;
** Grand prize winner will get a 2 days trip to “The city of love, Agra (Uttar Pradesh)”; Total Number 1

Judging

Judges will review all Entries and select a limited number of eligible Entries to become potential finalists (each, a “Potential Finalist”).

The submitted entities will be judged on the follow criteria:
** Taste (25%)
** Visual Appeal (25%)
** Creativity (25%)
** Crowd Appeal (25%)

Note:
** From 10 shortlisted finalists from each category (Breakfast, Appetizer, Dinner, and Dessert) we will declare the potential winners of each category and will award 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize.
** For the Grand prize, the 1st prize winners of each category will have to give live taste of their original recipe in front of our team of judges.
** This recipe should be different from the recipe that was submitted during our selection round. The key ingredient of this recipe must include mustard oil.
** All entries will be judged using the criteria stated above. In the event of a tie, the highest scoring entry in the crowd appeal criteria will be the winner.
** All judging will be accomplished by a panel of Judges by Mahesh edible oil industries limited. The decision of the judges is final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.

General Rules

By submitting your Entry, you accept all Contest rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final.

You also agree that your Entry or Entries become the sole property of Mahesh edible oil industries limited, and Mahesh edible oil industries limited reserves the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and use any or all of them, and allow others to do so, without compensation.
