Note:
** Participation in the contest is voluntary.
** Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
** The contest shall commence from January 4th, 2018 and shall terminate on February 4th, 2018.
** The contest is open to citizens of India, residents in India only. Employees of Oriflame India and its affiliates, subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
** Citizens of foreign countries residing in India/or non-residents Indians are also not eligible to participate in the contest.
** Oriflame India Consultants and Leaders are eligible to participate in the contest.

How To Participate?

** Contest will be hosted on a special microsite hosted at www.beautydiaries.in
** Users have to take 5 skin resolutions among the 10 provided.
** After filling up their details, they have to share their resolutions on their social profiles.
** There will be 1 winner announced everyday – i.e. 30 winners in total who will each win the Optimals Age Revive Day and Night Cream OR the Optimals Even Out Day and Night Cream.
** Oriflame India reserves the sole rights to decide the winners.
** The winners will be declared every week through Facebook and Twitter, as well as on the microsite itself. In case the winner fails to provide the details within a week.
** Oriflame India is authorized to choose another winner.
** Oriflame shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the Offer or the prize, except to the extent to any liability not excluded by law.

Rejection/Disqualification :
** Oriflame India reserves the right to disqualify and/or ban any user if the user if found using manipulative/ unfair means to win this contest.
** Oriflame India reserves the right to disqualify any participant/ even winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any of the “Terms and Conditions” of the contest.
** Oriflame India reserves the right to choose another participant/ winner in the event of disqualification/rejection of any of the participant/ winner.

Winners

** Oriflame India and a jury appointed by Oriflame India reserve the sole rights to decide on 30 winners. Their decision on winners is final and binding for all participants.
** Oriflame India will do proper check to verify the authenticity of winners/participants. This would include a check on the genuinity of the winner and even other participants.
** This is just to ensure that only genuine people participate and have a chance to win the Contest and spurious Facebook accounts are kept away from the contest.

Prize

** 30 winners who will each win the Optimals Age Revive Day and Night Cream OR the Optimals Even Out Day and Night Cream
** The winners shall be invariably required to produce valid identity proofs.
** The winner shall be required to provide proof of identity, email copy/Facebook message from Oriflame team for verification.
** In case of the validation failure, the prize will be cancelled.
** Oriflame India may, without advance notice cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time.
** In case of change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Oriflame India, Oriflame shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
** Disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi only.

Changes To The Terms And Conditions :
Oriflame India reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time without any prior notice. It is the User’s responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions.
