How To Participate?

** Participant will book movie tickets for “Tiger Zinda Hai” on Paytm.
** Upon booking having been made successfully, the Participant will get an HTML link via SMS to enter into the contest.
** Participant shall click on the link and enter the HTML page where he/she shall enter his/her details and play the quiz, i.e. answer one question that appears on the screen, which the Participant would need to answer correctly by clicking on the correct answer in order to be part of the lucky draw process.
** Paytm shall have the sole discretion to select and announce the winner(s) through a lucky draw.
** Three (03) winners shall be selected.
** This Offer shall not be clubbed/used in conjunction/alongside any prevailing offer/Offers/promotion running on Paytm Platform.
** The Participants shall continue to be eligible for cash back offer(s) / promo codes running on the Paytm Platform.

Prizes/Gratifications

** Out of all those who participate in the quiz and answer the questions correctly, “three (3) winners (Winner(s)”, only if they comply with the T&Cs mentioned herein) will be selected on random basis, through a lucky draw, and will receive three (3) couple tickets for a 3(three) Days & 4(Four) Nights all-expense paid trip to Innsbruck, Austria.
** Innsbruck Tourism Board will make the bookings and cover costs for the Winners’ airfare, visa, accommodation and local transportation, which shall include breakfast + 2 Meals (exclusive of alcohol).
** Travel insurance for the Winner(s) shall be provided by the Innsbruck Tourism Board.
** Flight tickets for the Winner(s) will be booked by the Innsbruck Tourism Board from Bombay or Delhi to Innsbruck based on the Winners’ city of preference.
** The air tickets and trip shall be booked by the Innsbruck Tourism Board by March 31st 2018 and the Winner(s) will need to ensure travel between April 2018 to August 2018.
** The Offer made hereunder can neither be exchanged with cash nor can it be used for any other purpose. Any attempt in this regard would render the same inoperative and invalid.

Terms & Conditions

** This Offer defined below is administered, to the extent and in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions, by One97 Communications Limited, a Company which owns the brand “Paytm” and operates the ‘Paytm Platform’ URL www.paytm.com, mobile application
** This Offer is valid from 04th January, 2018 00:00:00 hours till 23rd January, 2018 23:59:59 hours (hereinafter referred as “Offer Period”).
** By participating in this Offer, You (hereinafter referred to as “Participant (s)”) agree to be legally bound by and abide by the Terms & Conditions stated herein (T&C).
** Participant(s) confirm and acknowledge that Participant(s) has read, understood and agree to conform to these T&C.
** If Participant (s) does not agree to these T&C, please do not participate in this Offer. Paytm reserves the right to amend, modify, change, add or terminate these T&C or discontinue this Offer without any further notice.
** Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and is valid for the Offer Period only. Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
** Winner/s will be notified by Paytm on their registered Mobile Number/E-mail registered on Paytm Platform to inform about the gratification and further process of claiming the gratification.
** Winners shall be declared within 30 days from the end of Offer Period.
** Processing of prizes would be completed within 30 days from the day of intimation to Winners provided there is no delay from the end of the Winner in submitting of required information/documents to process the prize.

Eligibility for claiming the gratification/s:
To be eligible to claim the gratification/s under the Offer, the Winner/s must have a valid Paytm KYC verified account (as per RBI guidelines). If the Paytm account is not KYC verified, the winner must submit documents for KYC and get his/her account KYC verified before claiming the gratification.

It is further stated that all gratification/s must be claimed by the winner/s, along with the documents (if applicable) specified herein below within the specified timelines issued by Paytm from time to time, failing which the gratification/s shall not be provided. The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the winner/s include the following (the document list*):

** Address proof (Voter ID / Driving License / Passport/electricity bill not older than 3 months /Telephone bill not older than 3 months etc)
** Photo Id proof (Aadhar Card / Passport/Voter ID/Driving License etc)
** One passport size photo (Mandatory)
** Postpaid bill (for postpaid user) (additional document)
** PAN card copy – self-attested (Mandatory)
** Letter of compliance with rules and regulations and declarations in the format as may be required by the Organizers or applicable laws.
** Pan Card shall be mandatory in all the cases.

Note:
If the winner fails to comply the above mentioned requirement, his right to win the prize shall be forfeited.
