Terms & Conditions

** The contest is valid on purchase of selected Winter packs of Vaseline, Lakme, Dove, Ponds, Pears or Fair & Lovely. Two lucky winners stand a chance to win a Free IPHONE X [Prize].
** This contest is not valid for residents of the state of Tamil Nadu.
** HUL has approached bigbasket, an independent Ecommerce operator to act as Contest Administrator.
** Hence bigbasketowns the complete responsibility ofContest Administration at their stores which includes winner selection by a lucky draw, SMS notification and the fulfillment of prizes.
** HUL reserves the right to extend or withdraw the Contest at their sole discretion.
** The Prize is non-transferable and on a no-exchange basis.
** This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other Contest being run at present, or that would be run in the future by HUL and bigbasket.
** HUL is liable to only bear the expense of the above-mentioned Prize. Any other expense that may have been incurred by the consumer shall not be borne by HUL in any manner.
** HULwill not enter into any correspondence, including email, SMS with non-winning participants.
** This Contest is governed by Indian law and is subject to all applicable state and local laws.
** In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the entry in question may be disqualified, subject to the HUL’s discretion.

** HUL’s decisions shall be final in all matters relating to this Contest and no correspondences otherwise will be entertained.
** Should a Participant not wish to continue to participate in this Contest pursuant to the prevailing Terms and Conditions as amended or interpreted, he/she may terminate participation in this Contest upon written notice to HUL.
** It is responsibility of the participants to inform bigbasketof any change in the address of correspondence, for availing the Prize.
** Apart from the entitlement to the above-mentioned Prize, the winner will have no other rights or claim against HUL.
