My Idea In The Sky Contest

The “My Idea in the sky Contest ”(hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) would be organized and administered by Digital Law & Kenneth.

Contest Period

Contest Period means the period commencing from 11am of 9th January 2018 and expiring on 18th January 2018 at 23:59 hrs. Organizers will have the sole & exclusive right, title & authority to announce the closure of the Offer at any time as they may deem fit in their wisdom and without giving & or issuing any prior intimation and or notice to any person or party.

Eligibility To Participate

This Contest is valid and open to those Idea Gujarat customer Participants who voluntarily subscribe for the Contest. The Participants who subscribe for the contest during the period of 9th January 2018 till 18th January 2018 within the prescribed time scheduled as mentioned above, shall only be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in this Contest.

However participation in this Contest is subject to the following criteria:
** Participant should be necessarily and mandatorily above 18 years of age.
** Participant should be a citizen & national of India and a permanent resident of Gujarat. Participant will be required to provide valid documents in support of his/her/their citizenship and permanent residency.
** Participant has neither had/have been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor is of an unsound mind.
** Participant is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

How To Participate ?

** To participate/subscribe in the Contest, participant/s is/are necessarily required to submit entries via his/her/their Facebook or Instagram profile only.
** Participant needs to think of a creative idea, which according to him/her will make your city and your Gujarat state even more creative than it already is.
** Participant needs to write this idea on a kite along with the hashtag #MyIdeaInTheSky.
** Participant then needs to click a photo holding the kite, such that the text written on the kite is clearly visible in the photo
** Participant then needs to upload the photo on the MyIdeaInTheSky Facebook page (as a comment to the contest posts) OR Upload it on their Instagram profile by using the #MyIdeaInTheSky.
** Participants must ensure that their profile is kept public so Idea Cellular can view their submission
** Participant has/have to receive maximum likes on his/her/their post on the #MyIdeaInTheSky (on Facebook or Instagram)
** At the end of the contest, top 10 posts with maximum number of likes shall be eligible for Amazon Vouchers
** The last date to submit the photo entry is 18th January 2018, 23:59 hrs.

Gratification

** Top 10 winner/s of the contest will be shortlisted and declared within a time frame of 6-7 working days post the completion of the event.
** Top 10 entries (across Facebook & Instagram) who have followed all the criteria and received highest number of likes on their submissions will be declared as winners. Each winner will receive an Amazon voucher worth Rs 10,000.
** Early bird winners – First 50 participants only (across Facebook & Instagram) will get an Amazon voucher/s worth Rs.1000. These entries are limited only to the early bird & same will/shall not be taken into consideration with number of likes on submissions.
** The Organizers decision in selection of winners is & will be final and binding on all the participants.
** The Gratification will be sponsored by IDEA.
