Eligibility

Indian citizens 18 years and above

Participation in the Contest and Criteria :

GI is committed to operating a fair and consistent Contest. Please note that GI is unable to confirm the integrity of any other Contest Participation method except for the official participation by participating online as more particularly mentioned herein above.

(b) Share your ideas with us in the comments and use the hashtag #BetterFurnitureBetterIdeas to be eligible for participation in the contest.

c) Contest begins on 6th January 2018 to 17th January 2018. This contest is open to all Indian Citizens only (except Tamil Nadu) and who are 18years or above. GI may amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Contest for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time.

(d) Godrej Interio will select 10 lucky winners from the eligible entries received via a lucky draw. The decision of GI with regards there to shall be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained in this regards. Published and announced decisions are final. GI reserves the right to alter the contest timeline at any time for whatever reason.

General Terms & Conditions

(a) GI reserves the right to reject any participant’s entries sent/submitted by the prescribed mode without the need to notify any participant the reasons for such rejection.

(b) GI decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regards shall be entertained and GI decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest cannot be contested in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.

(c) GI reserve the right to delete and/or remove and/or disregard any entries sent/submitted by prescribed mode which are derogatory/defamatory/obscene in nature solely at their discretion and the same cannot be challenged by any person whomsoever and Participants hereby indemnify and keep indemnified GI saved and harmless against all claims made by any parties whomsoever and demands made by any authorities whomsoever for any entries sent/submitted by prescribed mode which are derogatory/defamatory/obscene in nature.

Prize/Winner

(a) On notification, the winner will have to produce her/his documents proving his/her identification within 7 (seven) days of such notification if required. If there is any discrepancy with regards to the documents produced for verification, GI reserve the right to disqualify the winner.

The winner will not be granted any right to take any objection on the decision taken by GI for disqualifying the winner. All the decisions shall be at the sole discretion of GI.

(b) Failure to complete all the required formalities for availing the prize/s and/or or failure to produce the documents for verification within a period of 7 (Seven) day from notification by GI shall result in the prize/s being forfeited and GI may at its sole discretion substitute the winner/s and the same is not open to contest by any person whomsoever.

(c) GI does not take responsibility for failure to avail the prize/s due to inaccurate information provided by the participants.

(d) Taxes on the prize if any, shall be borne by the winner alone and GI shall not be liable to pay the same.

(e) GI reserves the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.

(f) Upon verification, winner shall be provided with necessary details for availing the Prize.

(g) All prize are presented to the winner strictly on an as is where is basis and the GI shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever and does not indemnify the warranty/usability / suitability and condition of the prize.

(h) All prizes are non-refundable, non -transferable, non-negotiable and not exchangeable for cash, credit and/or kind either in part or in full. All Prizes cannot be sold or bartered in any manner whatsoever.

(i) GI does not warranty and/or guarantee the quality or experience of the prize and no correspondence shall be entertained regarding the same.

(j) GI reserve the right at any time to vary, amend and/or substitute the prize whether in whole or in part with any another item of similar value without any prior notice whatsoever and GI shall not be held responsible and/or liable for the same in any manner whatsoever.

(k) GI reserves the right to change the prize, as they deem fit and proper. GI will not provide any certification to winner once the prize is redeemed.

(l) The winner shall abide and be bound by any conditions/warranties that may be imposed in respect of the receipt or use of the prize and shall not hold Godrej Interio responsible for the same.

(m) Under no circumstances shall any prize in this Contest be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such prize by GI.
