Airtel PADMAN Contest
Airtel mobile subscribers (“Subscribers”) have the special opportunity to enter in a contest and win a meeting with Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna (the “Contest”).

Who Can Participate?
The competition is open only to residents of the India, aged 18 and above.
How To Participate?
For participation in the Contest, the subscribers are required to download the Juggernaut app and then buy the book “The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad” from the app. Airtel subscribers buying the aforementioned book from Juggernaut’s app would automatically be considered to be a participant in the Contest.
Contest Period
The contest period begins from midnight of 9th January, 2018 and ends on midnight of 9th February, 2018. Any entries after expiry of Contest duration will not be considered as participants.
Winner
** The winner will be chosen purely based on software selection.
** The results will be announced via email or mobile phone to the winner of the contest.
** The winner will get a chance to meet Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna.
** For a winner residing out of Mumbai, Juggernaut Books Private Limited (“Juggernaut”) shall bear the travelling expense and any incidental expenses on behalf of the winner.
Terms & Conditions
** Juggernaut Books reserves the right to reject any entry based on its discretion.
** This Contest cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel.
** The benefits under this Contest are not transferable.
** No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
** These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel, Juggernaut and each subscriber and the subscriber accepts the same as binding upon him/her.
** Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control.
** If Airtel suspends or cancels the Contest, all aspects of the Contest shall be null and void.
** Airtel will not be liable to compensate any subscriber for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Contest.
** Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws.
