This OnePlus 5T contest is brought and made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited on www.amazon.in and its corresponding mobile application or mobile site thereof. Please read these terms and conditions before participating in this Contest.

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Contest

(i) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(ii) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(iii) Your delivery address should be within the territory of India; and
(iv) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

How To Enter?

** In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest, you must purchase any product worth Rs 1,000 from either Clothing, Shoes, Watches, Luggage, Backpacks, Jewellery, Handbags or Sunglasses on Amazon.in (“Product”) during the Contest Period.
** Please note that orders which contain at least one product worth Rs 1,000 will be considered eligible for the contest and the selection will not be basis the total cart value.
** Upon successful completion of purchase of the Product in accordance with Section 2 above, you will be entitled to enter into a draw of lots which will be carried out amongst participants who have purchased the Product(s) during the Contest Period.
** Thereafter, participants will be selected from the random draw of lots who will be eligible to answer a Contest question.
** The participants selected from the draw of lots will receive an e-mail with a Contest question which is to be answered within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the e-mail and follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail.
** If the participants answer the Contest question correctly and within the stipulated time period will be announced as the Contest winners on or before March 15th, 2018.
** The declared winners will be eligible to win one OnePlus 5T (Midnight Black 6GB RAM + 64GB memory) phone (“Prize”).
** Each winner will be eligible to win only one Prize under this Contest during the Contest Period.

Contest Period

This Contest will commence from January 21st 2018 at 00:00 (IST) and end on January 24th 2018 at 23:59 (IST) (“Contest Period”).

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit or prize awarded in any other promotion /contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes

** There is are total of four Prize(s) under this Contest for four participants who will be declared the winners and complies with these T&Cs.
** Each participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Contest in the manner provided under the ‘Details of the Contest and How to Enter’ Section above.
** Subject to these T&Cs, the Winners will be declared on or before March 15th, 2018.
** You acknowledge and agree that you shall not have any claim against Amazon with respect to any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest and/ or the Prize awarded hereunder or any information thereof.
** You acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize and the use thereof.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the “Details of the Contest and the How to Enter” section above.

Prize Drawing:
** The winner for the Contest will be selected at the end of the Contest Period.
** Amazon will notify the selected participants by email, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport within the prescribed time period.
** A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more.
** The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.
** If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated, he/ she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
** The selected participant will also be required to prove his/ her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest. In such cases, another participant will be selected by Amazon at its sole discretion.
