Contest Period

All you have to do is share a high-resolution picture in black & white, capture your love for anything or anyone around you and send it to us on our website! Entries open on 24th January and will close on 9th February. The best entries will be showcased at Select CITYWALK’s exclusive exhibition!*

Who Can Enter?

The participant, whoever is residing within the territory of Delhi-NCR region except for all staff of Select CITYWALK, is eligible to participate in this contest.

Winners

The winners of this contest will be announced on Select CITYWALK Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page/profile.

Terms & Conditions

1)The participant of this contest hereby agrees and confirms that:
** The Image, submitted by the participant, is clicked by the participant and there is no infringement of any third party’s intellectual proprietary rights.
** If any human being is shown in the Image, the Participant shall submit a consent of the said person for clicking and submitting that person’s photo in this contest.
** Only high-resolution (Minimum 5MB, Max 20MB), black and white images will be selected for the exhibition, which will be displayed through social media or portrait exhibitions.
** The Participant unequivocally allows Select CITYWALK/Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. to use the images for any kind of promotional activity relating to Select CITYWALK.
** The winners hereby undertake that upon acceptance of winning the prize, the image, submitted by the winner, shall become the property of Select CITYWALK/ Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., and Select CITYWALK/ Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. shall be authorised to utilized the Image in any way, at its sole discretion.

2) Select CITYWALK/ Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. authorised to cancel any image/form of any participant if there is any fault or non-compliance of any terms and conditions.

3) In case of dispute, the organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4) Select CITYWALK reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of or withdraw this contest without any notice. Winners will be announced basis the rules and the creativity of the users.
