Kult Trivia Weekly Contest

The“#KultTrivia” Contest, henceforth referred to as the “#KultTrivia”, is conducted by Kult India on its official Twitter handle and will be cross-pollinated on Kult India’s Facebook and Instagram handles. Any participation in this regard is voluntary.

Each week One (1) lucky winner will be chosen. Winner will get an Amazon Voucher worth Rs 1000. Contest duration will be of 3 days and 1 lucky winner will be announced each week.

How To Participate?

All participants must ensure completion of the following steps to successfully take part in the Contest

1. The contestants must follow Kult India social channels on
** Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/KultSmartphones/
** Twitter – @Kult_India
** Instagram – @Kult_India

2. Each week on Friday a Trivia question will be asked on Kult_India’s official twitter handle.
3. Using the hashtag #KultTrivia is a must for successful participation
4. Entries could be in the form of pictures/videos/text
5. Copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants will lead to disqualifications and KULT India or its parent company OIL won’t be responsible for any action being taken by the third party in case of copyright violation.
6. Participant need to ensure that they keep the privacy settings of the shared post ‘public’

Terms & Conditions

** The Contest is open to all residents of India except the employees and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors /executing agencies and their associate companies. Minors are not allowed to participate in this Contest.
** There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to be eligible for this Contest.
** Any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content must not be shared.
** Kult India is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors, or other issues that may affect its ability to locate a purported entry post using a search to find eligible entries.
** Kult India may not be able to view purported entry posts, receive or send communications, or otherwise detect participation from or interact with entrants who have settings on Twitter that make their updates, comments, posts or communications private, protected or otherwise limited due to the way Twitter operates its services.
** It is each entrant’s responsibility to set their account settings on Twitter to ensure that any purported entry post is made publicly available, to accept contacts by Kult India, and to timely check his or her account for any comments, @replies, messages, direct posts/messages, or other communications (as applicable).
** The contestants’ entry post must remain active on their Twitter account through winner selection and prize award for the Contest to be eligible.
** Their entry post may appear on their Twitter account feed and may be visible to other users or the public.
** Each entrant must be the rightful owner of the Twitter account utilized for entry.
** Kult India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.

Evaluation Criteria

** Entries will be judged on the basis of communication of their answer to the question.
** The decision of Kult India would be final and binding on all the participants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants for any of the decisions
** Winners will be announced on Tuesday’s starting January 23rd, 2018
