The #OneWithTheRoad contest is a free-to-enter contest for everyone on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Where the participants can take part and the winners of the contest will be gratified with interesting merchandise. The details of the contest and its terms & conditions are explained herein below.

The information provided by Tata Motors Limited {hereinafter referred to as “TML”, “Tata Motors” or the “Company”}, is subject to the participant’s acceptance to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

This limited period contest is available for the audience on social platforms from 18/1/2018 – 31/1/2018

How To Participate?

Willing participants need to share their stories with us along with an image or video that best describes their unique drive.

These stories could be on the basis of the following parameters:
** Driving experiences on the Terrain – Journey along the Desert, Rocky, Water, Jungle area.
** Maximum Distance covered, height, Mileage of the journey
** Benefit Activities – helped fellow travellers on the road, hexa community drive stories
** Places covered – Further uniqueness can be built by places, cities

Participants Must:
1. Look out for hexa memories (images/videos) & categorise them basis parameters
2. Share your in #OneWithTheRoad story based on above parameters.
3. Add a supporting image or video, preferably high resolution.
4. Tag our Facebook/Twitter/Instagram handle
5. Use the hashtag : in #OneWithTheRoad
6. Upload the content on your respective walls
7. Fill the form: (link)

Winners Selection

Winners will be selected on the basis of
** All rules followed
** Best quality image/video
** Best write-up
** Genuine user and decent follower base
** Good social clout

Gratification

The #OneWithTheRoad contest winners will be announced on 31/1/2018. This gratification offered to the winners of this contest is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged. The winner cannot claim cash in lieu of the gratification.

General Rules

** All gifts / vouchers will be subject to Indian laws, including tax regulation as and when applicable.
** Winners need to bear all govt. taxes like gift tax, road tax, registration and insurance, income tax, local sales tax, VAT, Octroi duties or other taxes and surcharges or any other taxes which might be relevant on the Prize/Gift.
** By participating in this contest, every participant agrees to allow use of his or her name and /or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
** If the winner rejects his/her gratification or in the event of non-compliance with these rules and requirements, such gratification shall be forfeited.
