This offer (“Offer”) is being provided by ICICI Bank Limited (“Bank”), and Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) and is made available on the website www.amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).

Who Are Eligible?

All residents of India holding a valid debit and/or credit card issued by the Bank (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (each a “Cardholder”).

Offer Validity

The Offer is valid from February 1, 2018 to February 28, 2018, or until stocks of the Products (defined below) that are made available by STPL Exclusive Online (“Participating Seller”) on Amazon.in last, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.

How To Avail This Offer?

Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any variant of a new Samsung A8+ smartphone (“Product”) on Amazon.in from the Participating Seller, and makes payment for the Product using the Card, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of INR 1,500 on such purchased Product, provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 10,000 on a per transaction basis.

In other words, customers who purchase the Product in accordance with the above and during the Offer Period will pay the list price of the Product determined by the seller less INR 1,500. The Offer can only be availed where the underlying purchase is completed on Amazon.in with one Product in the cart. This Offer cannot be claimed with multiple items in the cart (including multiple Products).

Offer Terms & Conditions

** These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
** The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in.
** This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 10,000.
** For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 10,000, such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
** The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this Offer.
** This Offer is not applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.
** The instant discount provided to Cardholders under this Offer is being jointly funded by Bank and Samsung, to the total exclusion of Amazon.
** The Offer can be availed only once per Card.
** In other words, in the event a customer avails the Offer using a Card in accordance with these Offer Terms, such customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer again using the same Card (whether such customer buys the same Product or a different variant of the Product).
** This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
** In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
** Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
