Star Suvarna Neeli Gombe Keluthitae Contest

“NEELI” (Programme) is a fiction show which is based on the love and affection of mother and daughter. The programme is produced by Asianet Communications Private Limited (ACPL) and telecast on Star Suvarna (Channel).

In connection with this programme, a contest will be conducted for the viewers of the programme. The contest is called “GOMBE KELUTHITAE CONTEST”. In this contest one multiple choice question will be asked at the end of each episode.

The question will be asked from or related to the serial Neeli. The viewers can participate in the said contest by sending their answer by WhatsApp in the manner provided herein and win gift of a Barbie Dolll (Neeli Doll) as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Procedure To Participate

A) The viewers who watch the programme may participate in the contest. He/she must have completed 18 years of age.
B) One multiple choice question will be asked at the end of telecast of each episode during the Contest Period (stated below)
C) Questions will be asked from or related to the serial Neeli
D) Each question will be followed by 4 answers a/b/c/d
E) The viewers can participate in the contest by sending the correct answer to the question through WhatsApp
F) The answer through WhatsApp should be sent for each question only during Answer Timelines (stated below) given for that question.

Contest Period

The contest will commence from 29th January, 2018 and will end on 28th February, 2018 . One multiple choice question followed by 4 answers a/b/c/d will be asked at end of telecast of each episode of the serial Neeli during the contest period. The interested viewers can participate in the contest by sending the answer to the question by WhatsApp during Answer Timelines

Answer Timelines

The viewer can send their answers for each question from 9:00 Pm to 3:00 PM hours of the next day. For example, if the question is asked on a Monday at 9:00 Pm (at the end of episode), the WhatsApp for answering the question will be allowed till 3:00 PM of the next day i.e. Tuesday.

Answer Format For Whatsapp

(i) The viewers can send their answers to the question through whatsapp in the following format“Neeli” <space> “YOUR ANSWER OPTION” [A/B/C/D] <space> place (village name or town name) to 9035451414
(ii) There are no separate charges/costs for sending the answer through WhatsApp to the aforesaid number. However, the sender shall bear the charges for internet service for WhatsApp.
(iii) Only one message will be accepted from one WhatsApp number for one episode.
(iv) The answer messages will be deemed to be received when the WhatsApp message reaches/is delivered to the mobile phone of above mentioned number.
(v) Messages received during the Answer Timelines will only be considered for deciding the winner. Messages received after the Answer Timelines will not be considered.

Note: The WhatsApp format is not case sensitive.

Winner Selection

The winner of each question will be selected from the correct answers received through valid WhatsApp messages. The winner will be selected through random process from the correct answers received. The winner of each question will be announced at the end of the next episode.

The decision of the channel with regard to selection of winner will be final and binding on all participants and in no circumstances the decision of the channel will be challenged/disputed by any participant/viewer/participant.

Prize

** The winner of each episode will get a Barbie Doll as prize. The winner will be intimated of his winning of the prize on phone.

** Alternatively, the prize will be sent to the winner through courier. The winners have to provide the following documents at the time of collection of the gift hampers

1) Id proof: any one of the documents viz., Election Id card, PAN Card, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence
2) Address Proof: Aadhar card, Election Id card (with clear address), Electricity Bill, Phone Bill of the landline, Driving Licence
3) Proof showing that the WhatsApp mobile number from which the answer message is sent belonging to him/her: Recent Bill issued by the telecom service provider in case of postpaid connection. Affidavit in case of prepaid connections.

General Rules

1. The viewers interested in participating in the contest must be above the age of 18 years and must be citizen of India
2. Channel reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing Rules without prior notice.
3. Channel reserves the right to cancel the entire contest. The channel has every right to cancel the contest and its telecast at its sole discretion and in such an event the viewers shall not have any right to claim for any damage or loss for any reason whatsoever
