A. Deal Period – From Jan 25, 2018 22:00:00 hours onwards up to further notice*.
B. This Deal is sponsored organized, administered and facilitated by Acumen Game Entertainment Private Limited
C. A “Quiz by GamePind” user (participating in this Deal shall be referred to as “Participant”) by participating in the Deal, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) mentioned below and gives his/her irrevocable consent to the process of participation set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Deal by “Quiz by GamePind”
D. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a Participant.
E. These T&C are available on the website https://web.archive.org/web/20181016052229/http://powerplay.today:80/deal/tnc.
F. By participating in the Deal, You indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these T&C.

Unconditional Approval/Acceptance:
1. The Participant is aware that answers submitted on the WAP portal and sent by the Participant may not be received by “Quiz by GamePind” instantly due to various factors outside the control of “Quiz by GamePind” such as Network failure, system failure etc.

2. The time at which the Participant answered through click on WAP portal from his/her handset will not be considered even if it is earlier. (Example – Participant sent answer at 14:00hrs but it was received by “Quiz by GamePind” only at 15:00hrs. “Quiz by GamePind” will consider the time as 15:00hrs only).

3. The Participant undertakes not to dispute/challenge the delay caused in receiving the answer through WAP by “Quiz by GamePind” due to network failure, system failure, etc., which are beyond the control of “Quiz by GamePind”

4. Participant must be registered Paytm user of the mobile number through which he/she attempted to buy the Deal. The Participant must have Paytm account on his/her own name through which he/she is buying packs/questions.

5. Participant can buy question pack under this deal multiple times from paytm App/Web (www.paytm.com).

Charging

This Deal will be available on Paytm App/Website and following are the steps to participate:
a. Participant can purchase the deal by login to his/her Paytm account.
b. Once Participant has purchased the deal for Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only), Participant will receive a SMS on his/her registered mobile number with a link to play the quiz questions.
c. Click on the link and login with your Paytm ID to start the quiz and answer simple questions.
d. In case Participant does not receive the SMS, he/she can open the Patym App/Website, go to My Orders, and click on the deal order details recently purchased.
e. Participant has to login with his/her Paytm account credentials.
f. After successful login, Participant will be redirected to question page and shall be able to answer the questions.

Participant(s) will get pack of question(s) multiple times during Deal Period. Below is the pack option for the participant

Point System

1.For every right answer, participants will get 1 (One) Point each.
2.There will be no negative marking.

Packs Limit

A participant will be given one (1) pack comprising of One (1) question in this Deal.
