Contest Duration

The Contest shall be hosted on the website www.coolwinks.com, including its mobile application (“Website”). The Contest will be commencing on 1st Feb 2018 at 00:01 hours Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and shall end on 7th Feb 2018 at 23:59 hours IST on the Website.

Eligibility

** The Contest is only open to the registered members of the Website who are Indian citizens residents in India and are of an age of 18 years or above and who are physically located and residing in India at the time of entry or doing the transaction for the Contest.
** An eligible person accessing the Website from a foreign IP address may not be able to participate due to the Contest being geo blocked outside India.
** Employees of Coolwinks, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members of Coolwinks are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The participant(s) undertake, warrant and guarantee to Coolwinks that the participant(s) has the full legal capacity to participate in the Contest in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

How To Participate?

** Eligible participant(s) need to place an order of Eyeglasses using IPHONEX coupon code between 1st Feb to 7th Feb 2018
** Only on compliance with the process provided in para 3.1 above by the participant(s), he/she stands a chance to win the Contest.

Selection of Winner

** From the eligible participants, One participant will be selected as winner under this Contest (“Winners”).
** The Winner will be announced on 28th Feb 2018. We will notify the name of Winner by e-mail and/or SMS and/or Phone call.
** The Winner will be contacted individually for logistical details.
** The Winner may forfeit the claim to the Prize if he/she does not meet the eligibility criteria or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Prize

** As the winning prize, the Winner under this Contest will get a brand-new Apple iPhone X (“Prize”).
** Prize is offered as is basis and in a working condition. Once prize is handed over to the Winner, Coolwinks will have no liability whatsoever for any kind of defect or damage in the Prize.
