Unconditional Approval/Acceptance

1.1. The Participant is aware that answers submitted on the WAP portal and sent by the Participant may not be received by “Quiz by Gamepind” instantly due to various factors outside the control of “Quiz by Gamepind” such as Network failure, system failure etc. and that Organizer is not responsible for such non receipt of the answers.

1.2. The time at which the Participant(s) answered through click on WAP portal from his/her handset will not be considered even if it is earlier. (Example – Participant sent answer at 14:00hrs but it was received by “Quiz by Gamepind” at 15:00hrs. then under such scenario “Quiz by Gamepind” will consider the time as 15:00hrs only).

1.3. The Participant(s) undertakes not to dispute/challenge the delay caused in receiving the answer through WAP by “Quiz by Gamepind” due to network failure, system failure, etc., which are beyond the control of “Quiz by Gamepind”.

1.4. The winner (“Winner”) must have a valid Paytm KYC verified account. If the Paytm account is not KYC verified, the Winner must submit documents for KYC and get his/her account KYC verified. The list of the Winner(s) of the gratification will be published on the Website powerplay.today/winners

1.5. He/she must be registered Paytm user through which they attempted to play the Campaign and chosen as the Winner(s) under this Campaign. The Participant(s) must have Paytm account on his/her own name through which they are buying packs/questions.

Charging & Total Questions

To participate in the Campaign, the Participant(s) have to :
Normal pack :
Buy Normal question packs available on the “Quiz by Gamepind” portal to play the Campaign by following the below mentioned steps :
a) Click/Type “Quiz by Gamepind” (URL) on his/her mobile phone/laptop/desktop.
b) After Clicking on the Quiz URL, Participant(s) will be redirected to the home page where He/she will get Play button to play the Quiz (Normal Mode/Booster Mode).

c) After Clicking on the play button, he/she has to login with Paytm account credentials.
d) After successful login, Participant(s) will be redirected to store page for purchase of pack to answer more questions (pack options are mentioned below).
e) After successful purchase, he/she will be redirected to question page and shall be able to answer the questions.

Prize(s)

Bumper Prize(s)

Four (4) Participant(s) shall be selected for below mentioned levels during the entire duration of Campaign Period, as per the Winner Selection Criteria mentioned in clause 5.1 and shall win as per the below table

Daily prize

I. Daily one (1) Participant shall be selected during the Campaign Period 6th Feb to 8th Feb 2018 as per the Winner Selection Criteria mentioned in clause 5.1 and shall win Rs.1000 (Rupees One thousand onlyOnly) Paytm Cash each.

II. A Participant can win the daily prize only once during entire campaign period.
III. Bumper prize winners (All 4 prize winners) will not be eligible to win the daily prize.

*Disclaimer : Paytm Cash is a semi closed payment instrument and may be used for the purchase of third party products or may be transferred to the person’s bank account. Paytm cash can be used to pay for anything on merchants accepting “Paytm payments” platform.

Note : The selection of all the Winner(s) shall take place within 15 Working/Business days of end of Campaign Period & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter. The selection period may change/alter/extend at the sole discretion of Gamepind.

Winner Selection Criteria

Bumper & Daily prize

Bumper & Daily Prize Winner(s) selection shall be done based on the following criteria in order of priority as mentioned below :
a) Highest Score
b) Minimum attempts

c) The total score of a participant will be calculated by combining the points scored in Normal pack and Booster pack (Points scored in normal pack + Points scored in booster pack = Total score).

d) In case there is a tie between Participant(s) on above mentioned criteria, “Quiz by Gamepind” reserves the right to make the Participant(s) who are in tie will play 5 additional questions, and the Participant whosoever scores highest in minimum attempts, shall be selected as a Winner of this campaign at discretion of “Quiz by Gamepind” and if in case a Winner is yet not selected, this process shall continue till a single undisputed Winner is selected. Further, the Winner will not challenge or dispute any decision(s) taken by “Quiz by Gamepind” for choosing a Winner.

e) The Participant(s) acknowledges that in case a Participant is top ranked for 2 or more Bumper Prizes during the Campaign Period, only the Bumper Prize with the highest value shall be deemed to have been won by the Participant and the Participant shall be deemed to be disqualified for the purpose of other Bumper Prizes.

f) A Participant(s) has to score minimum 100000 points during whole campaign period to be eligible for winning 1st Bumper Prize.
g) A Participant(s) has to score minimum 75000 points during whole campaign period to be eligible for winning 2nd Bumper Prize.

h) A Participant(s) has to score minimum 54180 points during whole campaign period to be eligible for winning 3rd Bumper Prize.
i) A Participant(s) has to score minimum 7000 points during whole campaign period to be eligible for winning 4th Bumper Prize.

j) Any Participant(s) who would have won Bumper Prize for four (4) times or more from 1st August, 2017 to 15th December, 2017 in similar Gamepind campaigns, will not be considered for winning the Bumper Prize under this Campaign.
