Love in Vegas Contest

The Love in Vegas Contest is organized and conducted by Harman International India Private Limited (“Harman”) and begins on February 5, 2018 at 12:00:01 a.m. IST and ends on February 20, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. IST (“Contest Period”)

Eligibility

i.To participate in the Contest, you must have purchased original JBL product for and above Rs.1,800/-
ii.The Contest is open to all citizens of India, except for the state of Tamil Nadu.
iii.You must be aged 18 or above as on the Contest start date.
iv.Any employees, representatives, agents, officers, distributors and their immediate family members of Harman, its advertising/promotion agency, and any other individuals or entity involved in the development, implementation, administration or fulfilment of the Contest are not eligible to take part in the Contest.

Prizes

Cappuccino

All the customers who buy JBL product for and above Rs.1,800/- is entitled to two (2) free regular Cappuccino at the participating Coffee Day outlets in select cities of India. Please refer our page for the list of participating Coffee Day outlets.

To claim your free Cappuccino, please visit jblvegas.bigcityexperience.com and  enter the voucher code obtained along with the product and fill up the online form with required information like your name, email id, phone number etc.

After you submit, you will receive a confirmation Email or SMS with the Authentication Number on your given email id or phone number. Please enter the Authentication Number in the ‘Booking Request’ page and follow the on-screen instructions to submit.

You will receive a coffee code within 24 business hours on your registered mobile number. To avail the offer you need to walk in to the participating Coffee Day outlet and show the coffee code received via SMS.

Please Note:
(i) No other food, beverages, or upgradations are allowed.
(ii) The Beverage Code is for single use only. You cannot combine multiple coffee codes for availing this offer.
(iii) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
(iv) You need to show the Beverage Code received via SMS prior to billing and once the bill has been generated, coffee code cannot be redeemed.

Cashback & Las Vegas Trip:
You must write a slogan on JBL “I love JBL because…” on the ‘Booking Request’ page. Slogans must be written in clear, concise English. The author of best slogan will be a winner and will receive a prize to travel to Las Vegas along with a guest. Top 100 slogans will receive a cashback of Rs.1000 and the next 100 shortlisted slogans will receive a cashback of Rs. 500.

Cashback

Harman will award Rs.1000 in the form of cashback for the top 100 slogans. And Rs.500 in the form of cashback to the next 100 shortlisted slogans. Once the winners are selected, Harman or its agency will reach out to the winners on their given phone number. We reserve the right to demand any government issued documents for the purpose of verification.

We will initiate the cashback after the completion of the successful verification of the documents and the money would be credited within 21 working days to your account. The cashback amount will be transferred via customer account payee cheque or NEFT or Demand draft or via available mobile wallet.

i.Only the transactions conducted in India and in Indian Rupees will be eligible for this Offer.
ii.The cashback amount cannot be transferred to multiple accounts. Only one account per person, per mobile no will be eligible for the cashback amount.
iii.No change of mode of cashback transfer, account details will be accepted once the mode of transfer and account details are confirmed by the customer.
iv.Harman reserves the right to disqualify any winner from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the offer

Las Vegas Trip

Harman will sponsor a trip for 2 people (i.e. 1 Winner + 1 accompanying guest) to Las Vegas for 2Nights and 3Days. This trip sponsor shall include economy class airfare (ex Delhi Only), 3 Star Hotel Stay for 2 Nights and Airport transfers on shared basis. Any other costs including but not limited to VISA Fees, food expenses, travel expenses, Insurance cost must be paid solely by the winner.

i.This offer is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-substitutable and under no circumstances can be exchanged with cash.
ii.The winner and any guest(s), as applicable, must have all necessary documentation (including, but not limited to, a valid passport and/or travel visa) to permit travel and must travel on the same itinerary finalised by Harman.
iii.Harman will not be responsible for approval or application for VISA, Passports and any other documents which the passengers may require for travelling.
iv.All travel arrangements must be made through Harman only. Once confirmed, passenger details, travel dates, hotel dates, hotel type or venue cannot be changed under any circumstances.
v.Harman is not responsible for the management of the hotels, airlines and will not accept any liability or claims for disappointment or dispute relating to this.
vi.This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

Winner Selection

The best slogan will be selected by the judges nominated by Harman. Such decision of Harman shall be final and binding. Once the winner is selected, we will call the winner within 48 business hours of the selection and inform of the selection and request to produce necessary documents for processing the prize.

The winners shall be required to produce or submit government issued photo identity and any other documents as requested by Harman. In case false or fake identification details are found, such participant or winner shall be disqualified immediately from the Contest.

If any of the contest prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a Winner does not accept or receive a prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. Each winner has 30 days from notification to claim his/her prize
