Chromatic Awards is an international competition of color photography open to both professionals and amateurs. Participation in the Chromatic Awards offers not only prestige, but also the opportunity to win extra money for the development of passion.

Why Join?

The winning entries awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals for each category will be presented both in the Gallery of Winners and the Official Book of Chromatic Awards. The photographers will also receive the right to use the winner badge and certificate.

Other than that, the winner among the professionals will receive $2,000 and the winner of the amateur category will get $1,000 as monetary awards on top of the media and magazine mileage mentioned above.

How to Enter?

All entries for the Chromatic Awards 2018 must be made via the online application panel. Awards Are Open To Color Photography Only. No Black And White Images.

Preparing the files :
** images prepared for uploading must be 1200 pixels wide (longest side),
** JPEG format (*.jpg or *.jpeg),
** sRGB or Adobe98 colour space, 8-bit,
** saved at maximum quality,
** do not include watermarks, borders* or signatures on your images (or your entry will be disqualified).
* except Polaroids and other traditional process photos where border is inherent part of the image.

In Chromatic Awards 2018 you can add your photos to 20 different categories divided for Professional and Amateur sections. All category winners and Honorable Mentions will receive downloadable badges and certificates of achievement.

Entry Fees :
Professional : 20$ / Single Entry
Amateur : 15$ / Single Entry

Prizes

The winner among the professionals will receive $2,000 and the winner of the amateur category will get $1,000. Cash prizes will be paid in USD by PayPal. Any fees incurred for foreign currency transfers will be deducted from the winning amount.

General Conditions

Only color photographs will be accepted to the contest. Black and white images (including toned images) will be disqualified. Images may be captured using film or digital.

Entry must be submitted online at the Official website following the on-screen instructions carefully. Prints are not accepted. There is no limit to the number of individual images each artist may submit.

Images that have won prizes in other competitions or that have been submitted in other competitions currently underway are eligible. There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken.

You may submit your photo in as many categories as you wish. Once the submission fee is paid, there is no possibility to edit your entry.
