Vivo Infinite Love Contest

The Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is being organized by Vivo India.

Eligibility

The contest is valid for the residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years.

How to Enter?

To enter the contest, follow the steps :
** Share your love story with a picture using #VivoInfiniteLove
** Post it on your profile & tag us (Facebook handle: Vivo India, Instagram handle Vivo_India)
** Use the hashtag #VivoInfiniteLove
** Tag and nominate 3 friends to participate in the #VivoInfiniteLove Contest
** It is mandatory to like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram

Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Platform : Facebook and Instagram
2. Contest Duration : 06-02-2018 (11.00 am) to 12-02-2018 (10.00 pm)
3. The winners would be announced on 13-02-2018, Wednesday.
4. On the basis of lucky draw, Vivo India will select 3 winners from all the entries received; the winners would be receiving the new #VivoV7Plus Limited Edition Designed by Manish Malhotra Smartphone.

5. Winners will be contacted by Vivo India representative via email/social.
6. The winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Vivo India and shall be final & binding on all participants.
7. Winners need to share their details within 48 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof. In case the winner fails to submit his/her contact details within 48 hours, the gratification for the same will be forfeited.
8. Please note that it would take 15-45 working days for the phones to get delivered.

9. Contestants have agreed and have consented to put up their comments/selfies on Facebook and Instagram. Vivo India shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks put on the site by the public.
10. Vivo India reserves all the rights to change the gratification for the winners of the contest. In case of any changes, winners will be informed by a message on their Facebook/Instagram handles.

11. Vivo India can, at its India’s discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
12. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
13. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Vivo India will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
