These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “General Rules”) are applicable to all the Participants/ Winners of the Adithya tv FUN 10 SLOGAN CONTEST – (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) promoted / organized by M/s. Sun TV Network Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “STNL”). The rules can be amended or varied from time to time by STNL.

Period of the Contest

The Contest starts on FEB 5th 2018 at 05.00 PM and ends on FEB 7th 2018 at 10.00 AM. The Contest hours would commence from FEB 5th 05.00 PM and valid till FEB 7th 10:00 AM. Contest is applicable only to the Viewers of ADITHYA TV Facebook Page.

Terms & Conditions

** “Facebook Page” will conduct a contest at 05.00 PM on FEB 5th 2018 of the contest period based on the “ADITHYA FUN 10 SLOGAN ” – Viewers have to watch the promos on ADITHYA TV Facebook Official Page closely and carefully so as to comment the contest correctly.

** From the day of the Contest, will be asked to the viewers on ADITHYA TV Facebook Official Page. A total of 25 winners will be selected during the contest period who had commented the slogans Aptly .

All Winners will be selected based on best suitable slogans received form comments. Each best slogan will get 1 AIRWALK HEADPHONES and a total of 25 headphones will be issued totally to 25 winners for the contest.

** The Viewers have to type the best suitable slogans in the comments list below the specific contest post on ADITHYA TV Facebook Official Page.
** The viewers have to type the best suitable slogans in the comment section of the contest post before the end of the contest day, which is on FEB 7th 10.00 AM of the day.

** Viewers can comment the option any number of times to participate in the contest. Sending more number of responses to the same question does not mean the eligibility of winning is higher.

** STNL will give out a total of 25 AIRWALK HEADPHONES by“VSG ‘s Nandu Brands Stitched Lungies with Pocket & Hand kerchief presents
** STNL will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of any applications and resultant inability of a user for participation.

** Totally 25 winners will be selected for the contest period, the winners will be chosen and only the selected winners will be informed by our STNL Team.
** The winners will be chosen as per the sole discretion of STNL and only the selected winners will be informed by our STNL team.

** STNL Holds no responsibility or liability in case the winner/winners fail to be contactable by STNL on the day of the results being declared by STNL for any reason, having made despite the best efforts of STNL.

A Maximum of 3 attempts will be made to contact each winner by STNL. In such a case, STNL shall not be liable to prove the efforts made in this regard.
** Winners will have to come to a designated location at a specified time to collect tickets. The location and time will be decided by STNL and informed to the winners at the time of call.

** In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the prize/ selection of winners, the decision of STNL shall be final and binding on all the participants and winners.

** Winners will be liable to pay the taxes and any other considerations, as applicable on the winning prize/prizes. STNL, if required, shall deduct the applicable taxes. The winners will be intimated of the same by our STNL Team during the call.
