Eligiblity

The #RedHotValentinesDay Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is organized by SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”) and is open to all the citizens of India(18 years or above), except for the employees of SpiceJet, their immediate family members, Company’s affiliates and/ or those related to the agency(ies) involved in whatever manner in connection with this Contest.

How to Enter?

To enter the contest, the participant has to do the following
a) “Like”/ “Follow” SpiceJet’s official account on FB/ Twitter
b) FB : Post their entry under the contest post using hashtag #RedHotValentinesDay
c) Twitter : Reply to the contest tweet or tweet their entry using hashtag #RedHotValentinesDay

Prizes

The winners will be gratified with an all-expense-paid trip to Goa(Travel Period: 13th – 15th Feb) that includes
a. 2N stay in Goa
b. Flight tickets to Goa, with meals included
c. Airport pick-up/ drop arrangements from the city of departure / arrival
d. Hotel Accommodation with all meals included
e. Surprises during the stay

Terms & Conditions

** The 3-day contest with different themes for each day is open for participation on FB & Twitter from 7th – 9th Feb, 2018.
** Entries for each day will be accepted from 9:00 AM – 11:59 PM, post which no entry shall be considered.

** There will be 1 winner per day, i.e., 1 couple for each day contest. The 3-day contest will have a total of 3 winners i.e. 3 couples.
** Winners will be decided on the basis of creativity.
** The winner of the Contest will be announced after the duration of the contest on SpiceJet’s official FB & Twitter handle.
** Please note that the travel dates, flight tickets and hotel accommodation are subject to availability.

** Winners will have to inbox/DM their own and their partner’s contact details (full name, age, email id, contact no. & address) within 24 hours of declaration of results.
** The prizes won under this Contest are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer(s).
** SpiceJet reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the said contest.

** SpiceJet’s decision in respect of all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. SpiceJet reserves the right to use the data submitted by the participants without any further consideration to such person(s) and/ or irrespective of them winning or not winning the Contest.
** No communication and/or claims regarding the Contest, its winning criteria and/or selection procedure shall be entertained.

** SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to this Contest, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/ or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
** Any disputes arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
