Who Can Participate?

The participant should be a citizen of India residing in India (other than the State of Tamil Nadu) and above 18 years of age at the time of participating in the contest to participate in this Contest (‘Participant’)

This Contest is not open to Fossil employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) and its Dealer(s), Partner(s), Agencies, Trade Partners and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, regardless of where they live), Agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, regardless of where they live)

Contest Period

Contest will be open from 12:01 a.m. IST on 04th Feb 2018 to 11:59 p.m. IST 14th Feb 2018 on Official Website.

Buy & Win

** Buy a full price (non-discounted) Fossil Watch of MRP Rs. 9,995 & above from Fossil Stores, authorised partners and authorised online stores (List of the Fossil Stores, authorized partners and authorized online stores in annexure) between 12:01 a.m. IST on 04th Feb 2018 to 11:59 p.m. IST 14th Feb 2018.

** Customers who would like to participate in this Contest will be requested to register with their personal information – including but not limited to the following for the purposes of verification :
i. Name
ii. Email address
iii. Mobile number
iv. Purchase details (Store & Receipt/Invoice copy)

Prizes

1. The winner will be determined by a random computerised process and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard
2. The winner will be announced not later than 31st March 2018.

3. The winner will be announced on @fossil.APAC page and Fossil India Pvt. Ltd. will contact the winner to arrange for the Prize fulfilment and travel details. In case the winner purchases the watch through authorised online partners the winner will only be eligible if the watch has not been returned or exchanged

4. The winner will stand a chance to experience a Holiday Package in Australia, for two adults, worth a maximum value of Rs. 5.50 Lacs

5. The package will comprise of :
** 6 Nights & 7 Days getaway to the Gold Coast, Australia
** Business class return flight tickets for two persons, subject to availability and the departing from [New Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore]
** Accommodation of one double room for 6 Nights in a 5 star beach resort
** Airport transfers between the beach resort and the airport in Gold Coast, Australia

** F&B (breakfast will be included in the accommodation). Lunch and dinner will be provided by Fossil India. Cost of each meal (lunch and dinner) shall not exceed Rs. 1500/- per person
