The Amazon Fashion – Vivo Valentine’s Day contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by Vivo Mobile India Private Limited (“Brand”).

It is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) and its mobile application/ site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter into the Contest :
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

How To Enter?

** This Contest will commence from February 8, 2018 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on February 19, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must :
(i) purchase any product from the “Amazon Fashion Valentine’s Day” store (“Product”); and
(ii) upload an original picture of the Product along with yourself on your Twitter or Instagram page using the hashtag #GiftsForLove and tagging @AmazonFashionIN and @Vivo_India in the caption of the post.

** Amongst all participants who make the above posts, at the end of the Contest Period, based on the posts uploaded, 3 participants will be chosen as the winners of the Contest and will be eligible to receive a Vivo V7 plus smartphone (“Prize”) from the Brand.

** Once the winners are selected, he/ she will be sent the contact details of the Brand that may be used to claim the Prize from the Brand.

In the event the winner fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time line, another winner may be chosen in accordance with the process set forth in these T&Cs. The winner will also be required to provide an invoice for the Product before the Prize is delivered to him/ her.

** Each winner will be eligible to receive only 1 Prize under this Contest.
** Only the first post made by a participant in accordance with these T&Cs will be considered for the purposes of this Contest.

Multiple posts on a single Twitter or Instagram account will not be considered for the purposes of this Contest. Anyone found using multiple Twitter or Instagram accounts to enter the Contest will be ineligible.
** You will not be eligible for the Contest if you return the Product or request for a refund for the same.

Prizes

There are a total of 3 Prizes to be won under this Contest. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond the Brand’s control, the Brand may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.

The Prizes are completely funded by the Brand, to the total exclusion of Amazon. The Prizes will be delivered directly to each winner by the Brand on or before March 10, 2018.
