Eligibility

Offer is meant for Indian national residing in India. Minimum age to participate in this Lucky Draw is eighteen years and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the OLEDTV4K model W7/E7/C7/B7/G6/E6 & B6 and SuperUHDTV4k models SJ95/SJ85/SJ80/UJ75/UH95/UH85/UH77/UJ75 purchased during the period 7th Jan 2018 and 31st Mar 2018 in India only from the Authorized retailer of the organizer in India except in the State of Tamil Nadu or where it is banned or stated to be illegal by any state

Applicable only to end customers and shall not be applicable to the employees, temporary employment agency, suppliers, bulk sales, institutional sales and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors and their associate companies (“Participant”).

Offer Terms & Conditions

** Buy & Fly to Dubai on purchase of OLED W7/E7/C7/B7/G6/E6 & B6 SuperUHD/UHD SJ95/SJ85/SJ80/UJ75/UH95/UH85/UH77/UJ75 i.e. all 2017/16 models with Dolby vision HDR. It is a SMS based offer.
** Lucky participants shall be selected on random basis. The winners would be announced on the LG India facebook page www.facebook.com/lgindiapage on 20th Jan(2 Nos) 7th Feb(2 Nos), 28th Feb(2 Nos), 15th Mar(2 Nos) and 31st Mar 2017 (2 Nos) respectively.
** Post winning the lucky draw participants will have to share original invoice at LG Branch Office as a support to validate that he/she has bought the select product/model.

Gratification

** Selected winners shall be entitled for Dubai trip sponsored by Dolby Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dolby India) upon fulfilling certain conditions stated by DOLBY India which are as follows:
** Travelling expenses will be borne by Dolby India which includes travel in economy class, stay on twin-sharing basis in 3 Star hotel, with 2 tickets of Dolby Cinema, Dubai on select predetermined date. Visa Charges, Food & Beverages, Laundry, Insurance or any Local sightseeing, Local transportation or any other expense not specifically mentioned shall not be borne by Dolby India or LGEIL and same has to be borne by the winner only.
** The person should have the valid Passport to participate in the lucky draw. This trip is subject to the visa grant by UAE High Commission and LGEIL or Dolby India has no role in any manner whatsoever.
** Winners are advised to contact UAE High Commission directly or any reputed Travel Agent on their own for more guidance and procedures.
** In case the winner is not granted Visa, the gift shall be forfeited and no claim of any nature shall lie against LGEIL or Dolby India.
** Tickets and Hotels will be booked by Dolby India only post visa approval. The winners shall have to follow the instructions/directions issued by Dolby India and LGEIL shall not be having any say in this regard.
** Winners will have to submit valid Identity & Address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to LG Branch Office.
** Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of this contest shall be payable by the respective winner. LGEIL and Dolby India are not liable for any of these charges.
** Decision of the Organizer will be final and binding with regard to the Contest winner selection and prize and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. On announcing the winner Organizer shall contact the winners on given contact no.
** If the winners fail to respond back to the Organizer within 7 days or the winner declines the prize or winner not contactable, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be considered in the same manner and notified as set out above. Entries will be void where prohibited or restricted.
** Entries received after the Closing Time will not be processed. Incomplete and/or incorrect entries/Irrelevant entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible.
** The Organizer will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it, in full, for any reason, by the Closing Time, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
** Organizer or Dolby India shall not be liable for any request for change of schedule of the planned tour for selected winners.
** Offer is not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the any gratification will be made.
** By participation the winner grants LG a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the data of participants.
** Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control. Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
** The Organizer is a) not liable to pay or provide the alternative gratification in case Dolby India cancels the trip.
** The Organizer is offering the trip simply based on the representations given by Dolby India. b) in exceptional circumstances organizer may vary, amend or withdraw this scheme on reasonable notice.
** The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual if it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest Competition or to be acting in violation of these Contest terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
** LGEIL shall not be responsible for any cost, expenses or any other liability arising out of the travel, trip duration extension or any other consequences arising out of the travel.
