BMW Simply Unstoppable Contest
Simply Unstoppable Contest is organised by BMW India Pvt Ltd (BMW India).

Activity
** Activity will begin on 9th Feb 2018 and end at 5 PM on 14th Feb 2018 (program period).
** Activity is ‘Simply Unstoppable’ promotional Contest (program).
** Any entries made before or after the program period are not valid and acceptable.
** There may be multiple contests at BMW India’s discretion during the period and Participant may enter participate in any or all contests under this Programme.
Eligibility
This Program is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a resident in India, aged 18 years or over and with a legitimate Facebook or Twitter profile.
BMW India reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy eligibility criteria or uses unfair means to get any advantage in any manner. BMW India has sole discretion to select winners from the eligible entries by draw of lots.
How To Enter & Participate?
** Anyone who fulfils the eligibility criteria can participate in the contest by replying on the questions posted through BMW India’s Facebook and Twitter channels.
** The response from the participants shall be considered only when the hashtag “#SimplyUnstoppable” has been mentioned in the replies.
Winners
** At the end of the contest period, 40 winners will be chosen.
** All the eligible participants’ names will be fed into an online system and a random number generator (www.randompicker.com) will be used to pick the winning participant number.
** The winners’ names will be announced on 16th Feb 2018.
Prizes
** Selected winners will get BMW India merchandize.
** BMW India reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize(s) of comparable value.
** No request from participants for substitution of prizes with any other substitute item/cash will be entertained by BMW India.
** Prizes are non-transferable or winners are not entitled for Cash in lieu thereof.
** Prizes offered are on ‘NO EXCHANGE’ basis.
** Prize distribution may take up to 90 days after the program period.
Terms of Entry
** BMW India reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who, in BMW India’s sole and absolute discretion, is not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** BMW India has the sole right to withdraw / edit any aspect of the Contest at its discretion and/or alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.
